Stopped in to grab a bite to eat and had the BEST SERVICE, HOT FOOD, EVERYTHING WAS PHENOMENAL our server TARRENCE was AWESOME. Will definitely come back to this location even if it is over a 40 minute ride and recommend to folks I talk with.

I haven’t been there in a while. But I will never in my life ever go to another chilies. Ever. They price you for everything thing from just playing tic tac toe. Nothing like it used to be. Charge you 4$ for fries with your 12$ boneless wings? That are frozen? What the hell is going on?? I could t believe how different this place is from when I used to go. Absolutely the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life.

I always enjoyed this restaurant but it has gone down hill the past couple of years. Tonight a young chubby type girl, very pleasent with tattoos on one arm waited on me. I usually stick with a $6 tip in mind in the beginning and every time they ask "is everything okay?" I drop the tip down by one dollar. I just hate being bothered while I'm eating but she met me half way. What really ticked me off is that when I paid on the tablet at the table I was at the recipt page and she took over and hit no recipt, then went into customer survey and gave herself and the establishment all high marks on the survey and then closed out. Did't get my recipt or get to do, me the customer!, customer survey, that was my job. End of the day, she didnt deserve the tip either.

Ordered a to go order. Ordered 4 menu items and picked them up only to see the guacamole was missing, and we had paid extra. My card was tapped, and after checking to see why the check was so high. A 20% tip was charged for bagging my food. I have talked to TWO different managers and was told it would be returned. My email was requested and given. I tip frequently, but not 20% for a to go order that I picked up. Watch your charges here. It's VERY SHADY and will NEVER order from here again. I work across the street, and we ordered frequently from here and have never had an issue here before. UPDATE: Did EXACTLY was requested with no response or email. Never again! Check your bills!!!!
Very disappointed. Came specifically for the mozzarella sticks... they were cold. Also got a triple dipper with southwest eggs rolls, big mouth bites, and honey chipotle chicken crispers.... South West eggs rolls were soggy, no crunch to the wrapper at all... chicken crispers were decent. Big mouth bites weren't hot... the food came out in less than 5 minutes from the time the server left the table... I don't feel all of it was freshly prepared. Server brought a refill for soda, but never asked about food, never checked in. I paid the bill on the Ziosk, left a tip amd walked out the door. Needless to say. Probably won't be back to this location... I will say that the Hostess was very bright, and friendly
The Manager at this location was extremely rude and passive aggressive.
We had a large group of people (11-12) and it was a Sunday, so delays are expected. However, there were 6 people that ordered the 3 for Me and did not receive their starters until we asked for them AFTER we received our entrées.
My husband mentioned that we were missing the soups we ordered with our 3 for Me meals and with an attitude, the manager said "I've only got two hands". No apologies - nothing.
When the manager came back, he still did not bring any starters. So when the rest of our table mentioned they were still missing the starters they ordered with their 3 for Me, the manager, again with an attitude, said "Do you remember when I asked if you needed anything else? That would have been the time to tell me, guys." Any apology? No.
To top it off, he brought ALL 6 starters that we ordered with the 3 for Me in to-go containers even though we were eating in.
I understand the frustration, but at the same time, if anyone was going to have an attitude, it would have been the 6 of us for not receiving our starters - but we were nothing but polite to the waitress and the Manager! Why is the Manager giving us an attitude and being passive aggressive about a mistake that the staff made? He did not offer any form of apology at any point - he was just down right rude.
This location is normally great, and we will likely return. But the rude, passive aggressive manager absolutely ruined the experience that was otherwise an enjoyable one
Ordered to go and it was ready in fifteen minutes which was earlier than estimated 20 min time. I went inside, the did was packed, greeted, and left. Drive a few minutes home and the food was fresh.

First I wanted to start off by saying, this is the first restaurant in like 4 years to actually make my husbands burger correctly. Jasmine was an amazing waitress very on top of things and does her job amazingly. The food was well seasoned and tasted great!
