I've asked the last 3 times please fresh french fries, AND WHAT WE GOT WAS REHEATED FRIES . TODAY THEY WERE THE WORST FRIES WE TOLD WAITER ONCE AGAIN FRESH FRIES PLEASE. WAITER Seems HE Didn't KNOW WHAT TO DO .****. NO MANAGER PRESENT.***** YOU ARE Losing CUSTOMER BECAUSE THE COOK IS TO LAZY TO COOK FRESH FRIES . NOT SURE IF WE WILL GO BACK.. PLACE WAS EMPTY.. I'm a bit bummed that my orders for takeout often have mistakes. Whenever I call to sort it out, they just say they must have overlooked something. It's a little disappointing that the service isn't as thorough as I'd hope, especially since I'm paying a delivery fee and expect to get exactly what I ordered!

My fiancé and I come to this chilis all the time, and usually things are great! However, today we went and everything started off good as usual. Service was on point and quick, food was delicious, and we were having a grand time. It all begins when the entire table was out of drinks, and it took at least 15 minutes for them to get refilled. Then we see the check. We were charged $2 extra for a 4 oz cup of ranch for our Nashville Hot mozzarella sticks THAT WE NEVER ASKED FOR! I didn’t mention anything and just paid for the bill, which was done before we received our deserts, leaving no tip as I planned to tip the server, Stephen, in cash. When our deserts came, I didn’t want to begin enjoying it until I got my drink refilled. Therefore I waited until Stephen came back around to catch his attention before here ignored our table once again, and asked him for a refill of my beverage. When he left, we saw him making faces of attitude before he turned the corner to refill my drink. Stephen, you need to check yourself and if you’re going to make faces, make sure you do so once you’re behind a wall and not in front of your customers. I still left my cash tip of over 20%, but the service we received was not at all worthy of it. I hope you rechecked yourself after you saw your tip and have a good night, Stephen.
