I'm a bit bummed that my orders for takeout often have mistakes. Whenever I call to sort it out, they just say they must have overlooked something. It's a little disappointing that the service isn't as thorough as I'd hope, especially since I'm paying a delivery fee and expect to get exactly what I ordered!

My fiancé and I come to this chilis all the time, and usually things are great! However, today we went and everything started off good as usual. Service was on point and quick, food was delicious, and we were having a grand time. It all begins when the entire table was out of drinks, and it took at least 15 minutes for them to get refilled. Then we see the check. We were charged $2 extra for a 4 oz cup of ranch for our Nashville Hot mozzarella sticks THAT WE NEVER ASKED FOR!...

Triple dipper ordered. Completely ruined the plain cheese sticks and plain sliders i order and drenched the entire order with honey chipotle. This isnt the first time ive ordered this but it the first time i experienced this issue. They normally always separate the sauced wings. RUINED my entire dinner Update 3 stars the woman on the phone was very polite and helpful.
