The food is definitely not worth the money! The orange chicken and lomein are oaky at best. The fried rice is not fried rice at all? š and the wonton soup taste like nothing while the egg drop kinda tasted like floral dish soap idk lol there is definitely much better in town

Service was excellent. The woman working the counter was friendly and efficient, and my takeout order was ready without issue.
I ordered honey chicken, broccoli beef, egg drop soup, and cream cheese wontons.
From best to worst:
Cream cheese wontons: Crispy, good size, and the best-tasting item in the order.
Egg drop soup: Decent consistency but almost no flavor.
Honey chicken: Generous portion, but similarly bland.
Broccoli beef: The beef was tender and the broccoli was properly cooked with good texture, but the dish was very under-seasoned.
Overall, the food lacked flavor across the board. Adding chili paste, soy sauce, salt, and pepper helped slightly, but it still fell flat.
Pricing was acceptable for pickup ($52), especially compared to the $100+ it would have cost through DoorDash. That said, I would have been extremely disappointed paying delivery prices for this quality.
Good service, but the food itself was too bland for me. I wouldnāt return.

I like their food, but have complained numerous times that they donāt give enough condiments. Soy sauce is not an expensive item to buy. They donāt even give you enough to go with every meal ordered.

By far the worst Chinese restaurant I've ever had. Vegetables where not cooked! Orange chicken dry and not enough sauce. And the Soup was thick and gross! This was my first time there because I heard good stuff and I spent over 100$ there. I definitely will not be returning at all

It's my favorite takeout chinese food spot on this side of town, I actually drive by about 4 others to get to them, but that's not saying much as they are all below average. I used to go a lot more to this place 10 years ago when you get a plate for $7. Now it's $12-13. I spent $90 on New Years Eve, we got 7 plates out of that, before covid $90 meant they had to put all my food in a cardboard box as it was more than 2 bags worth. 5 plates on NYE and 2 plates worth of leftovers. The general tso chicken has hardly any actual meat it's all breading and sauce. The lo mein is decent and the rice is ok, I think they are better than everyone else on this side of town at making lo mein and rice which we typically order, but it's just not worth the price they charge. Chinese food used to be a cheap food option. Used to get a lunch for $8 and not be able to eat it all. Now I have to spend $13 to fill my belly Just like most chinese food places, they aren't friendly, it's like they are doing you a favor. They are all so stingy on the sauce packets you would think it was XO sauce. So yeah I only go a few times a year now in this economy, it used to be about once a month and we've been doing NYE takeout all my life, but I think this might be the last year as the food quality is mid and it's overpriced. Service is quick but unpleasant and nobody sits down to eat there so the atmosphere is in and out.

I walked in and said, Hello. The guy just looked at me so weird that I asked if they were open. (pitifully unfriendly) Anyway, I saw the picture of a delicious looking wonton soup on the front window, so I was excited and asked him if the the wonton soup was like the picture in the window. No reply, I should have known better than to order it. The wonton soup is nothing but thick dark noodles in a dark tasteless broth. Oh so disappointing. False advertising or bait and switch. The pork fried rice and boneless ribs are just okay. Nothing to crave from there. Has anyone found a good Chinese Place that has a good wontons made out of the thin noodles with pork and vegetables in it? Spare yourself for the let down. I also wished them Happy Holidays as I was leaving and nothing, no acknowledgement. I hate bad customer service along with terrible food. Happy Holidays!!!

1 eggroll was $4.25
Overpriced for basic food

Ordered take out, food was okay to me my boyfriend said his spicy shrimp was good. Not from around here & was in the area & wanted Chinese. Until now Iāve never received Chinese food with the rice & protein (shrimp & broccoli etc) in the same plastic container before. Hate the idea. If I want to have left overs/save some food the rice is going to be all soggy & soak up all the sauce already. Asked for hot oil & they acted as if they didnāt know what āhot oilāwas all because itās an āextra chargeā.

Weāve been going to china king for over 6 yrs now it was ruff through covid. We survived I felt the food was going down hill over the last year. But hello we order a fairly large order and the food was remarkable. Everything was hot fresh and delicious. Love love love it!!! We will definitely put China King back into our solid meal rotation.

Need a lil work on communication. And the prices are to high for the small amount of food.

Presentation is good, but the food was just okay. I got the sesame chicken combination. I decided to try this place out since it was close and I drive past it often. Staff is friendly, and to the point. Place looks nice, and the bathroom was clean. I just wish the food was just as good. The chicken was overcooked and chewy which the sauce didnāt really help it, the broccoli didnāt have a crunch, the rice was what you can expect for pork fried rice so no complaints there. Iād go to any other Chinese place to be honest. As the kids say, āItās mid fam.ā
