I'll start with the positive- the food was good. Ordered a bowl- the rice, chicken, & queso were all good. Now... they have KIDS working here. Waited to be helped when no one was in line. They were horsing around, playing amongst themselves and couldn't seem to get things together so we could get food and eat. Just a heads up...hopefully your experience will be different. Not sure if we'd return. Also watch your surroundings at night as there was people outside asking for money.

Food tasted great better than any Chipotle I’ve ever been too. Service was spectacular and portions were very good. Workers were EXTREMELY positive and might be the nicest people i’ve ever met. HIGHLY recommend!

I have to give a shout out to this spot. Popped in at 10:30 last night and my man served up some carne asada so good it should have been served on its own plate. He had just made it and also brought me some freshly made rice instead of what had been sitting there for awhile. Takes pride in his work and passes it along!

Grace is the best in the game. Burrito so big I was shocked she managed a clean wrap. She is out here setting the standard. You go grace
Had to update the review since I came back today. Grace is a burrito wrapper of the people. I told her today watching her wrap burritos was like watching Michelangelo paint the Sistine chapel. She said bet. Then proceeded to once again silence the haters and wrap a great burrito. Way to go Grace. There are haters out there saying “chipotle burritos are small now” but they just haven’t met Grace. She put her strong forearms to the test and crushed the game. Burritos so large they made me tap out and say “yes I will need a doggy bag” Grace how does it feel knowing the other burrito wrappers out here aren’t even close? How do you do it? You are a champion. Keep doing you Grace. Grace is goated. Ocala will be worse now that Belview got you in the recent trade. You go grace🫡
Ive ordered twice from this branch and I get few things in my bowl. Rice being one of the main things. Each time I’ve been given such a little amount of rice the price of 16 dollars is laughable and when I tried to call all I get is a bit that doesn’t understand what I’m saying. Lower the price or fill your bowls at this point it just highway robbery!

I am absolutely disgusted. Placed an order at 11:05, waited an hour and half. The app finally says it’s ready only for it to not be ready and still have to wait. You can’t call or email because of course that is not available and everything is a robot. Terrible, don’t come here if you are hungry and on a time crunch.

Manager obviously struggles. the staff that is here is friendly. Just zero direction or process efficiency going on.
