Chipotle Mexican Grill

Better call ahead because they will randomly close the lobby and waste your time. Came on my lunch break @ 11am and they had a handwritten sign saying they wouldn't open until later in the day. I left hungry with a lot less lunch time left which sucks - steady stream of people leaving hungry as well. If they charge such high prices can they not afford competent management?

Great people and great service. I met a new employee whom was training on line for the first time. I believe his name was Reginald. He was very friendly and super excited about learning the line. It was nice to see someone smiling and serving me, all at the time.

The absolute worst chipotle in Marion county. Smallest portion by far. I don’t like beans so I get extra rice. I will not be going to this store again. I will drive across the county to get chipotle from now on.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This location has given me issues for the second time and there will not be a third. The first issue was when I ordered a large to go order delivery and they forgot half of the food. And then the manager did nothing to make it right when I had to pull up on them and pick it up myself. Then the second time was today when I went in, attempted to get a Honey chipotle Chicken bowl. The first thing that came out of their mouth was that they don’t have any of that. Even though it was only 12:40 in the afternoon…. I proceeded to ask them about using two of my rewards which they were confused about. I ended up trying to get the beef Barcoa for the first time. Walk outside to my car and feel something dripping down my leg, it was the food leaking out of the bag…. I immediately turned around and brought the bag back to the restaurant. Where this clearly unexperienced Manager proceeded to tell me that I could not get a different bowl with a different protein that would not drip. She wanted to charge me for another bowl if I did that and her only solution was to put it in a new container….. this location is full of a bunch of unproperly trained children, and I will not be returning. If you love chipotle do not go here because you will instantly regret it I assure you.

No chicken or steak because of grill being broke. Ordered beef instead but the food was par and barely any flavor with other options were added. Steadily declining this location and I come here 2-3 times a week
