Went today, this is the best Chipotle I’ve ever been to in every way

We came at 10:25 and ordered two bowls like we always do. This time, however, we were told they didn’t have cheese, guacamole, or chips. I think it’s very early to be out of products when you close at 11. I say this because I work in a restaurant and I understand how things operate. We drove 20 minutes to get our bowls and ended up leaving hungry and disappointed.

Kadrin is great at what he does ! Everytime I come and I come ALOT, at least once a week and he is just always so nice and always makes sure to provide great customer service ! Love him !

Unfortunately last night I ended up with food poisoning from the food here. I got the barbacoa. When the woman grabbed it from the pan she grabbed a big ball of meat. I should have spoken up and told her to get some meat that looked more usual, but I didn't want to be problematic. I've spent the last 12 hours very sick.

Worst experience ever at Chipotle. They added watery sauce and salsa to my burrito, and when they tried to wrap it, it completely fell apart. Instead of fixing it properly, the employee used another tortilla, broke the burrito, then used a third tortilla to wrap it. The burrito was a total mess and went straight into the garbage.

On top of that, a white lady pretending to be a bossy manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. No apology, no care for the customer experience.

I am never going back, and I strongly suggest to everyone save your money and eat somewhere else. Total waste.

We visited later at night and were a little disappointed they didn’t have a full menu. Understandable for a late night visit. The lady making our food was sweet and apologetic. The lady at the register seemed annoyed and was standoffish. Clean dinning area and late operating hours were a plus.

Ordered a carne asada burrito for carry out. Got home and there was ZERO meat in the burrito. How does one forget to add the most important ingredient? That’s like ordering a hamburger and only getting two buns.

I arrived at Chipotle around 11:40 AM, right in the middle of lunch hour, and the store was completely out of most items —no chicken, no white rice, brown rice, or vegetables. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes just for chicken. For a restaurant that serves lunch, this was really disappointing. When I finally got my food, the quality was mediocre — the rice was gummy and lacked seasoning. The staff was polite, but the operation overall felt very unorganized.

Ordered a steak bowl today. The steak was little bricks of meat that were inedible. Wwwaaayyy over cooked. So I basically ate a bowl of rice with sour cream, salsa and cheese for $12. I am done eating at Chipotle, especially the Silver Springs Blvd location in Marion County.

Food was great our server Zach was great on several occasions !. We gave the Ocala location a few try’s but this location on silver springs blows the other one out of the water. The quality is great and superior. The staff is friendly and always gives appropriate servings. I consistently see workers cleaning the eating area / drink area at least once during my dine in during the evenings. Management has it together here !!

First it took 40 min to get a bowl one person making food and a line out the door. 50% of customers that walked in walked out . When we finally got the bowl, the rice was rock hard and not cooked, The few pieces of chicken were overcooked and dry. And to boot the chips were stale. Worst chipotle So far
