There drive thru is only for online orders. I needed help and they didn't help me or couldn't i had to go inside and order .. 45 mins waiting in line. Yet I am pregnant. I will not go back to this location .

I saw the tv commercial about the Honey Chicken and had that with white rice/black beans and the avocado. It was better than I expected and a lot of food in that take out order. I ate 3 meals from this.

This Chipotle sucks.. im laughing reading these reviews. 3.2 stars with 200 reviews that's pathetic but yall earned it cause you can't cook, can't clean, can't keep the food stalked up. My food was terrible. Peace

Terrible service. Door dash drivers don’t get any sort of proiority. I’m sitting here for half an hour while they clear the entire drive through line and lobby. every single time. The tables and floors are filthy. They are constantly running out of items. The employees spend more time joking around and playing on their cell phones on the line. This place has zero management

Ordered online over the weekend and got the steak burrito bowl and the person that handed the food to us was ok, but after getting home like 5 minutes later we ate the food and it just didn't taste as good as it normally does. I say that because Ive ordered this same burrito bowl several times. I did eat it all, and went to bed a few hours later, only to wake up up 4:30am puking everything up & it felt like I had a knife going through me. I contemplated on going to the ER, but I managed to make it through the night, but felt horrible the next day & a few days after that. Was definitely food poisoning and I called up to the Chipotle the next day to speak to a Manager, but no one wanted to hear my concerns. So, if the owner reads this, or the Director of Operations, please leave your number, or email, because I'd love to have a chat with you.

10 min past pickup time they inform me at the window they have not started my order. 4 different people have come to the window to ask the order name. 15 min past they tell me to settle in as they just started cooking the chicken…..
This is after last time getting home and seeing they put someone else’s meal in my bag.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My kids and I eat chipotle at least twice a week. I live in silver springs but majority of the time we go to the one off of 200. I didn’t feel like driving way in town so I settled tonight for the one on 40. Before walking in there is a sign on the door that says “NO Fajita” mix as always. I still go in to order. The first thing I always ask for is vinagerette but of course there’s no more out. I ask the young man making my burrito do they have anymore and he says let me check in the back. He didn’t see any more and ask the manager if the had anymore and she says “I have already made 3 batch’s and I’m not making anymore.” I was floored. I just happen to look back at the grill and I see fajita mix cooking so I figure they just forgot to take the sign off the door. So when it’s time for me to put fajita mix on, I tell the guy that I would wait till the fajita mix to be done. He turns and asks his manager how long in the fajita mix and she says “it’s fajita mix on the grill?” He shakes his head yes and she asks “did the customer see?” (At this point I’m annoyed because yes I see it) Then she says “she can’t have that it’s for tomorrow. This store needs serious training on customer service and who ever does the ordering needs to order more food because every night they are out of several items.

I can't believe my husband and I just experience bias. No one acknowledged that we were standing not even the guy preparing the pick up orders. Then I mentioned it to the young and she got rude. Everyone was too busy cleaning (9:45) when they didn't close till 11pm. We will make sure not to visit this place again after 9 because the workers were not professional at ALL.

Food was ordered for pick up at 8:20 been in the line since 8:15 and got to the window at 9 and the food is still not ready. I don't even think it's the workers fault they seem understaffed and stressed out

This place royally sucks! They can’t even properly fill an order. The burritos were ice cold, I can guarantee there is some sort of time temperature violation with the ingredients. Then they stick a paper sign on the window to let you know they don’t have any chips or guacamole, yet still charged me for it!

What made this experience 1 star is the woman who was on the line and got an attutide for literally doing her job . I asked for extra cheese, and when I asked for more after her 2 pinches of cheese ( which i know is how they are supposed to do it) she got an attitude and wasn't listening to my request, and kept trying to hurry up and close my bowl. While she is forgetting other items I asked for. I asked for a side of sour cream which she filled up half way despite me asking the cup to be filled. I would have paid for the sour cream if it was that serious. Then her colleagues saying her actions was justified because she isn't suppose to fill it up all the way. Like does my request mean absolutely nothing ?! Because I would have paid for the extra stuff . My husband and I spent 45 dollars for this to be half ass made and then to deal with her nasty attutide was wild !! She got acted the same way to the man In front of me asking for something so simple . I understand not everyday will be good for someone but if you are the face of the company and not having a good day, find another spot for that person so you aren't losing money and getting upset customers

The meat was so dry, and over cooked! By far the worst food that I have ever had at Chipotle. There was also very little of it. If I had to guess, this was on the bottom of the pan and someone was too lazy to make more fresh meat before making this order. Since it was ordered in the app for pick up, who will care, right?.
