DISAPPOINTED I'm new in the area and this was my first order at the Silver Springs area. Portions cover half the bowl, no exaggeration! They were out of veggies, so they filled my order without saying anything. Veggies are my favorite. Spent $40 on lunch and got small portions and not what I ordered. Called and because veggies are free they are unwilling to make it right in anyway.

I had a great experience at this Chipotle location. The staff were very kind and quick with making my order. Even though they were slammed with a lunch rush everyone working was really nice and they had all ingredients available.

The worst Chipotle visit ever! The family before us "LOADED UP" their bowls, double meat and all. When they checked out, they didnt pay extra for ANYTHING, including the double meat. Thats how the person that prepared the owls "called out" what they got. Straight up charge, not charged extra for meat and guac. The family seemed very "friendly" with the server. Our dinner? Charged for double meat (I guess we didnt "rate" like the previous family did :)The steak was mealy and gross. Never again will we visit a Chipotle. Overpriced and disgusting.

Drove over 20 mins to be told at the counter that they are taking online orders ONLY! Since when?? Very upsetting! One worker eating with his gloved hands no cutlery. Looks to be no leadership and very poor service. Even turned down 2 EMT workers! I love chipotle so it is sad to see this location go down hill so fast after opening not too long ago. I hope in the future they can get a serious management and employee upgrade.
