To be honest, I really didn't like that when we ordered our pizza, it took over an hour to arrive. And the worst part was that when it was finally our turn, the pager they give you to let you know your order is ready never went off; we actually had to go up and ask if the order was ours. The young woman who served us was incredibly attentive and friendly; she explained absolutely everything to us—since it was our first time—which was really nice. I just think they need a little more organization.

As you enter your arms are stamped and you go straight to registers. At this time you can order your food, buy your play passes and more. You can place a food order at another time. The registers can be extremely crowded as parents and kids are lined up to place their orders. The location we were at had to registers within touching distance between. Right next to this is the ticket exchange. This are is congested as well. It is problematic to navigate through the lines ao parents and kids trying to exchange tickets for prizes. We reserved a basic birthday party. This option worked well for us, as we could have control the order of activities. We were allowed to bring our own decorations within reason. There are 3 packages available. I had to change the day and time of the party due to sickness and to many parties scheduled at same time. Food: We ordered two 1 topping pizzas and and upgraded the crust at an charge, 1 beer, 1 drink, and a salad. Total cost was $65. There were 6 kids and 5 adults. Overall, The kids had a great time. They parents could relax and watch them as the game hopped.

This was my girls’ first experience with Chuck E. Cheese, and it did not disappoint. The restaurant is clean, staff is friendly, and pizza was awesome. Very well done.
You ask too many personal questions. We go there because of my special needs granddaughter who is non verbal, cannot walk or talk but loves the place. You need a different type of bowling for those who cannot roll the ball for bowling in a wheelchair. Very hard to do. She loves the game.
