Stopped for gas and decided to get food for the road. I opened the hot dog bun drawer under the roller grill, and roaches ran out. I immediately told the lady that was sweeping the floor nearby, but all she said was "my god" and rolled her eyes, and continued sweeping. I went next door to Wendy's and walked through a few minutes later and she was still just sweeping. I guess she didn't care about the roaches on the food.

This truck stop is good if ya need a hot shower , parking lot isn't big,it's off 75 good location if you are short-term off duty and get back on the highway. The staff are always friendly and polite. These employees really bust their hump to take care of all their guests. My favorite is Christina, she's always with a smile , very professional, and gets the job done! July 3rd, 2023. Since pilot renovation. This is a great location, right off I-75. I always enjoyed this Wendy's. The store has a recent update! A lot of the original staff is now no longer, sadly . But still a few wonderful faces. Matt isn't one of them. He's homopobic, and the previous manager, Christina, was absolutely best. I've been coming here for over 5 years. Since the update, it's been over 6 months, and still no shower available!!?? Calling corporate AND OSHA! fed up. The man named Rafael is a doers kind of man. I pointed out to Matt how doodoo was on the wall and other things. He just laughed at me!? I told Matt the "Manager " that with covid and germs that this is unacceptable . When I pointed it out to the man who handled it, it was obvious. Before the update, at least there's shower and the bathroom is clean. Since the update, it seems like the manager Matt doesn't do nothing and is a stuck-up privilege man. I'll be posting this on all my social media PLATFORMS. I was going to give 5 . After today, I'll be generous and give 3 because of good previous history.

That gas station has anything you might need for a excursion. Great coffee, Wendy and cinnamon inside. They have a lot of new items, from electronics, candy, drinks, stickers!

This Pilot is just off if Interstate 75. The inside has the usual convenience store items, as well as having a Wendy's if you want something a bit more substantial. They also had a Cinnabon, but it was closed when I was there.The staff was friendly enough and it was a convenient on and off of the interstate to fill up my vehicle.The inside, like many other truck stops also had various stuff for sale. Everything from things for a truck to bumper stickers to children's toys. All in all,a cool enough ambiance to walk around.For tractor trailers, there was a scale available. All in all, this was an overall decent experience.

Bathroom stunk, something green on toilet. Looks like it hadnt been cleaned in a while.

You have to go in front door of store where construction is to see it. We had to walk in twice looking because a gas station employee said it was replaced by DQ. It is still inside!
