Fantastic ice cream but what u have great in ice cream you lack in a clean store. No cleaning tables floors at all during the times we visit. So sad. Dirty store. But they can talk on their phones I see right now. Not all do. Young girl dark haired is only one cleaning n greeting the customers in here. But we Love the ice cream. May consider looking for another place until you get a good clean store. Picture shows all. Food all over with napkins. Very dirty place to eat

I swear the staff here are sweeter than the icecream. This has become my husband's & I's go to icecream spot. The shop is always clean. The icecream always looks so tasty and there are always toppings. The staff and icecream make it more than worth the drive and the cost! 🫶🏻🥰

They charged me tip without my permission!!!!!!!!....Grrrrrr...

Employee is in too much of a rush when there’s only 1 customer which is me I got a love it shake all I got to say was the ice cream never asked if I wanted anything with it and just made me the shake I WAS gonna add Reese’s into my only vanilla ice cream shake and add Reese sauce but all I got was a plain vanilla shake and they don’t even have there place stocked up they didn’t even have the Reese sauce ready

Went to the Cold Stone Creamery in Ocala with a Go-Giftcard and they refused to take it, even though they are receiving free advertising.

Cam,Shay, and Jill are all so nice and fast !! They make sure you are very satisfied before you leave !! Absolutely my favv cold stone now ❤️
