My family, including my wife and our boys aged 6 and 9, recently had the pleasure of brunch at Cracker Barrel for the first time ever (we don't have it in Puerto Rico). From the moment we arrived, we felt like part of the family. Our waitress, Becca, was attentive and welcoming, and the restaurant manager took the time to personally greet us. The food was delicious, and the staff treated us with genuine respect throughout our visit. As we were leaving, the manager wished us a safe trip and good luck—a thoughtful gesture that truly added to our experience. We left feeling grateful for the warm hospitality and memorable meal at Cracker Barrel. We plan to visit this same spot on our Christmas vacation.

We arrived at 8 and were told they would be closing at 9. We were seated immediately but no one came to get our drink order until 8:15. We got our drinks but then waited another 5 minutes for someone to take our food order. (It ended up being the manager.) Our food arrived at 8:35. The biscuits were burned and the bacon that I ordered "crispy" was barely done. The server took it back to the kitchen and they deep fried it! It came out with cornmeal stuck to it and tasted like fish! The server said they deep fried it because the griddle was already off and cleaned. Say what???? The manager then brought me another plate of bacon that was black and swimming in grease. She said she used "the back griddle" to make it. No one ate it. My husband's hashbrown breakfast bowl was a mess. It looked nothing like the picture. Our server was friendly but you could tell everyone was ready to go home. We felt very rushed and the food was not good. I would not eat here again but especially not after 7 p.m.

I mean it’s Cracker Barrel. But that’s not a bad thing. Roast beef as a little tough unfortunately but spuds and greens and cole slaw were all good. Young staff serving dinner but they did well.

I go for the fried chicken dinner. Although I do bring my own Crystal Hot Sauce. I tried their meatloaf too much bread added for my liking. Biscuits are outstanding when fresh. Corn bread is dry and laking in flavor needs more oil & sugar. Other than that is awesome.

The food has gone down hill over the last 1 and half year's they changed the menu they take items from the food like apples at breakfast and potato casserole to keep the price down. People don't go to cracker barrel for cheap food they go for good food they know they are going to pay more
