Overcooked fish I’ve always liked their chicken but tonight I also ordered a piece of fish to try. The fish fillet was awesome, my new go to place for fish in Ocala. I lowered my rating due to an inconsistent product. I suggest checking the fish before taking it home. Dark brown breading = overcooked crunchy & dry

Went to order food for delivery and order burger and 60 wing with ff and Cole slaw. Get a call from the store saying they shut down the grill at 6:30 when they close at 8pm. I put in the order at 6:35 and nowhere on there site said that. They refunded me and wanted me to back on there and reorder. I ask to talk to a manager and he was no help. I ask to talk to someone higher hopefully he will have someone call me. Plus I talk to him about the last few orders we got from them they forgot our FF and I was supposed to be on a list and this manager said there no list. They are ripping people off.

both location make some good wings the only issue i have with either location is nobody in either restaurant knows what WET WINGS are. you'll either recieve completely dry wings OR wings with a little sauce drizzled on top. I think they need to gather all employee for 5 10 minutes and maybe watch a video or something on how to make wings wet.

I eat lunch here, because it's super cheap and it's really good! They say it used to be better. I don't know any better and I love it to death! Whether it's the wings, the gizzards or the chicken sandwiches, I am thoroughly impressed! There's nowhere to sit down and eat, but I'm not going to hold that against them. If I minded that I just wouldn't eat there. I don't know where else you could get a huge chicken sandwich, a giant order of fries, and a giant drink for eight bucks, especially one that tastes so good!

Food is always fresh. Absolutely adore their hot garlic sauce. Accidentally ordered super close to their closing time and they let us come and pick it up a little late.
Placed order # 277313556 online. Regular customers, Minutes after paying my phone starts ringing 7:30 Pm . After the third call no message left I pick up . (Did not pick up first times cause I have the restaurant # in my phone) To a young man letting me know that the grill was off and no hamburgers could be made. He suggested something else I said ok . I politely asked why the grill was closed if the restaurant was still open. Never got a response. Then asked why a message was not left on the first 2 calls , then was told lucky I answered we were about to cancel the whole order. At that point I decided to make dinner myself. Being in the hospitality business for over 20 years feedback is so important to owners. Make sure you find out if the restaurant is actually serving what’s on their menu. Not even a manager call nothing . Sad because the product is awesome the customer relations needs to be worked on. The # that called was a private employee cell phone .

Wings were so small and fried hard. Barely any meat and being fried hard dried out the wings. Location on 36th is way better. I won't be going to this location anymore.

The last 2 orders of wings I got were extremely oily and greasy. I could not even finish them. Not used to this bad quality from here. Something has definitely changed. I don’t think I will ever go back. Very disappointed!
