Does not have good customer service will not allow people to go inside and place orders and they will not let you pull to the window and place an order. There’s no way that they’re busy that they can’t take your order like a normal restaurant.

Why is the lobby closed??? that would be the most Efficient way to hand out HOT food properly no one wants to sit in line for 30 plus minutes when their food is already ready makes no sense. And hire some actual adults to do the job right! This place has fell off over the years not as good.

Service was great. Food was ready when I got there. The only complaint I have is that I ordered 1lb of boneless wings and got 1lb of what looked to be burnt chicken skin! There were maybe 3 small pieces of chicken in the whole pound. I didn’t notice until I got home of course and I wasn’t about to drive all the way back across town. I’m adding a photo of it. As you can see, this is not boneless wings!

So, I usually don't like doing reviews like this. I reached out before leaving the resturant that my order was not right. The women informed me it was. I went to work with the order and called back. The women that answered the phone was the one who "helped" at the drive through. She put me on hold for a manager 15 min before I finally hung up. I spent $17.51. $5 was for a tip before the issue. I would have politely waited for the food to be remade, but I was not even given that option. I was talked down on and ignored. That is not service that should be acceptiable. If I had acted like a nut or been rude it would have been a different story and more then likely not ignored. Now im out $17 and lunch.
