They never get right my order. When you asked the lady who’s in charge about something missing, she never believes you and makes you feel uncomfortable at that point that she start looking in the food to see if you are lying and ask for the receipt in a rude way. This is the THIRD time this happens to me and with the same Manager. She really needs to learn how to act in order to not make the customers feel uncomfortable. She is very unprofessional and has lack of knowledge in customer service. Customers don’t have to beg to get what they are paying for. Very, very, very unprofessional

I had the grilled chicken which was over cooked and dried out. Fries were fresh and hot. There was no condiment on the sandwich so I went back to get honey mustard and was charged $.50. Prices were slightly high.

Last night was my first time eating at Culvers. When I got home I realized that my order was incorrect. I called today to speak with a manager. I was put on hold and shuffled between non managerial staff. I'm not impressed. The limited food we did get was delicious. Word to the wise: check your order before leaving.

Drove across town for a hamburger and when waiting 2nd in line, lady comes out explaining to all of us waiting to order that they will no longer be taking orders for at least 15mins as all grills are full with door dash orders. Yes, they place orders for folks that aren't even there before customers who travel in. Poorly Managed!!!

Cold food, cold fries, took ten minutes for our food. All we got was fries and cheese curds. No sauce for the cheese curds either. “Made fresh” more like sat in the window for someone to take out to the car for ten minutes. Waste of money and time.

If this was my business; I would’ve fired 90% of the workers last night. The way these people intentionally avoid looking up or turning around to help customers is almost laughable. The staff up front was so cold and unpleasant to talk to.

First time at this location. Store was clean, staff was eager to help us, and service to our table was fantastic. We got a couple of shakes to enjoy outside on a perfect Florida late afternoon!The main menu is fully of yummy options or if dessert is your thing then come check them out. We'll be back.
