Nice little breakfast spot I found while traveling in the area. Staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean and well organized. Food selections varied in a nice arrangement and easy to find what you're looking for. A few small shortcomings with the food quality but nothing to write home about. Overall a pleasant experience.
This Darrell's was an Aunt Fannie's several years ago and they brought forward some of the heritage meals served there. My favorite breakfast is fresh local raised fried catfish paired with grits and eggs over easy. It's not on the menu, and sometimes they may not have it, but you can ask for it. Three nice size filets. Amazing breakfast!!! Service staff is friendly and checks on you regularly.
