Dominos of Ocala, I used to be a big fan of the franchise years ago in my younger days, especially when my family lived out in Texas, Nevada, Washington, NJ and SC; I'm originally from Crystal River but have moved around a good deal because of the industry my wife and I are in, and also when I went to college in Tennessee, you got me through many long nights studying and writing papers, etc.. But now the example in Ocala where we have lived for many years now, cheerlessly your store I'm disappointed in. I saw a Domino's ad yesterday on FB for the $9.99 deal around lunchtime, so I thought I'd give it a try as it had been a while since we've had a Domino's pizza, so it seemed like an ideal time to get one delivered and a great deal. I already have a regular go to pizza place that me and the fam typical order from for delivery, but they're a little more then twice the price for a similar topped pizza, but it's almost a guarantee it'll be a good, if not great pizza from our regular spot "*****" pizza (I'm hiding the name), that said I wanted to try Domino's yesterday 9/26. So I click the order link from the ad to create an order for the pizza and a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. When I went to check out from the shopping cart, I was running into an issue with the billing address for the debit card, not matching the delivery address. I was typing it in correctly, but I was just running into a wall. No biggie, I thought, I googled "Dominos near me phone number," and called to place my order over the phone. Evidently, there are three in town, so I called the nearest one. Somebody took the call there and when I explained the issue, they explained to me, what I was pretty aware of already, when placing the order as the website stated that I needed to put in the zip code of the debit card statement address, in a separate spot, when making the order. I told the gentleman on the phone it was pretty explanatory on how to do it and I had done that, but since I was on the phone, I'd like to just go ahead and put my order in with him. He told me he's not going to be able to give me the $9.99 deal, I said that will probably be ok, but does he have any *deals for call in orders similar? He told me one deal about a two topping and sandwich, and I said Let's do that one. I also asked him if he preferred the cheesesteak sandwich or chicken wings there? To which he said he won't eat either the chicken or the cheesesteak sandwiches from there and that he has no opinion on the matter, I said "oh, ok.." So I tell him the pizza toppings I want and also ordered the cheesesteak sandwich anyway hoping it would be ok, for the deal he offered, and he goes through to the checkout process where I give him my debit card details. For whatever reason it doesn't work with the billing zip again. I said, I'm sorry I usually order pizza from "*****" pizza place and I think they must just have my payment details either saved or they don't ask for the billing zip, I don't know, but please try one other billing zip code I've got in case I gave the wrong one by mistake. He did, and said that one didn't work either, and he now sounded ticked off, it had been building up. I was taken aback, but before I could offer to give him my Amex card info (I knew would work 100% with the same delivery and billing address) to use instead of the debit card, this store representative told me, I need to go ahead and order from "*****" pizza place since I know it works there. Basically telling me I'm wasting his time, I didn't really want him involved in anything to be eaten by me or my people at this point anyway. I told him not to worry about it, to have a blessed rest of his day and the weekend. So then I called the next Domino's in town, because surely this was a fluke situation with this rep on the phone, since I'm not used to having anybody in customer service sound like they're doing

I order from this dominos regularly and never had any issues. Today was the worse customer service by far. I picked up my order and not even 2 mins passed I called the store to see if I could exchange it. I accidentally selected the wrong sauce and he told me to buy a new one. I didn’t touch it and offered to return it to the store. Poor management and staff

The best pizza in the Shores. Always have affordable deals and the staff is always friendly.Only down side is it’s very small with no seating area to wait.

Wheelchair accessibility: You can enter in a wheelchair but it’s very small and wouldn’t have much room to maneuver around.

Every time I come into this restaurant there rude but this time was ridiculous. Last time I was there it was before closing time when I arrived they told me they were closed but online it was open. Today I placed an order for delivery and the guy on the phone was very rude. I was near the end and about to give him my card number. I was singing a song looking for the card number and he asked me if “ I was having a good time or ordering a pizza.” I have worked in food and that’s unacceptable the workers always have horrible attitudes . If you don’t want the job quit.

It's been years since I've had Domino's and last time it was terrible but this time it was amazing. I am shocked. This was better than any other chain Pizza place in town. I ordered on Saturday night a pan pizza and cheese bread. Tons of cheese and toppings and cooked perfectly. Chris was my delivery driver and he got here quick! Definitely my new go to pizza place. Good job Domino's employees 👏 A++

Horrible delivery experience. I placed an order that included a garden salad when it was delivered it was clearly expired and even had mushy lettuce. I called and spoke to the manager who suggested a credit on a future order. Which would mean I wouldn’t have dinner. I told them I would like for them to bring another one. They say it would take at least an hour. I decided to wait for another to be delivered. When I finally get the salad it’s not even a garden salad but instead a chicken Caesar. I call and speak to another manager and he proceeds to tell me that was the only kind they had that wasn’t expired. Would have been nice to know that because I would have chosen not to wait an hour for the wrong salad. Very poor customer service, if the employee getting the order ready would have been paying attention this would not have happened and I could have eaten the food I ordered. Very poor management.

This is the baked marinana I received today. It felt light when I got it and I should have opened it up and checked it there. There was barely anything in the tin. This is the amount that I was able to scrape up from the bottom. Seriously? Who thought this was acceptable? It wasn't worth driving back to get a replacement. However, it will prevent from going back to this location in the future.

All the commercials that I've seen don't mean anything! I've had to go pick up a delivery that you claimed you couldn't find my home yet prior trips you got there and nobody did anything to make up for the inconvenience it caused me! Other times you got my order messed up and mixed up and again nothing was done to make me a believer in the commercials that I see on TV and when I made complaints and even called them in nothing was done about it! Not a happy camper here! The last time my husband went to the store and made the order in person and saying this you will know who I am Domino's because I always get white pizza but when he got our pizza home and I blame him too! Because he didn't check it but I only ordered white pizza because of stomach issues and you didn't take his order right or the person making it screwed up but I didn't get to eat with him because of the red sauce you put on it and his receipt clearly said white sauce! Wake up and drink the coffee if it gets the job done right!
