I put in an order at 730pm to be ready by 815. No garlic oil. I called to make sure they don't put the oil on it. Lady said that she couldn't find my order because she was spelling the name wrong. She ended up finding it. I get here at 820. She had me pay. After waiting 15 minutes she tells me they couldn't find my order and that it was just put in. I was there already waiting for 20 when it was supposed to be ready. If they weren't in here playing around and yelling and acting like highschool children maybe they wouldn't be losing people's orders. This is not acceptable. I've been waiting for 30 total and counting when it should have BEEN ready. Now they are passing raw pizza dough around to the cashier's that have been holding money and haven't washed their hands. Literally what is going on. Higher ups, y'all NEED to took at y'all's cameras! Especially from this night 11/14/25 730-830pm

Ordered 8pc Buffalo boneless wings and stuffed cheese bread. Wish I would have checked before I drove another 35 minutes to my hotel. Not a DROP of sauce on a single wing. No side sauce. NOTHING. I didn’t pay $9 for chicken nuggets I could have gone to McDonald’s for that and paid less.
Update: I understand I have to ask for sauce. I did. Twice. And the cashier repeated it back to me when he confirmed the order. Don’t push responsibility back on me because you messed up my order and I’m unhappy.

Walked in was the only person there. The cashier was on the phone, taking an order for ten minutes.A man comes in behind me.Another lady walks up and takes his order.And then immediately gets on the phone and proceeds to ignore me for another ten minutes. I walked out. That's one reason we don't go to domino's very often. Not very considerate and inside.
