We just moved in, and it was our first time ordering. They missed the salad on delivery. I called. I was told they would make it right. Well, they did! Thank you to Rob and the staff. Never again worst taste and the lady who made them gave the service and she had the worse attitude. It’s a fast pace pizza establishment that hires some of the most atrocious workers. Had more respect but now I rather eat poppa john’s and they are at the bottom of my taste.

Am so upset with their customer service i ordered my family some food for a movie night not only that they missed half of my order I had to wait for them to bring me the other half of the food while my food got cold. They brought me half of the food hot while the other that they brought before got cold instead of taking everything back and brought everything together nice and hot. They are completely a Hot mess. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes while my food was getting cold. I won't be ordering from this store again!

November 8, 2024 we got Dominos for dinner tonight he got a pizza and I got 8 wings plan. The of the wings were about the size of a woman’s thumb, and super rubbery. I even put them in my air fryer for 6 minutes cause they weren’t crispy at all!! Waste of money worst meal ever, won’t ever go back!!!
Update, so I emailed them cause they responded to my review said they would refund the wings, that has yet to happen!! I think they only respond like that so you think they stand behind there food, clearly they don’t. Update, they emailed and said they would give a refund on wings. I sent them the address and phone number, funny part is they want to give me a $15 store credit, they can keep the store credit cause I’m not ever eating there again. They can sure take the money from you, but don’t like to return your money!!

I ordered pizza at 6:30 pm and watched the tracker as the guy left dominos he was coming I live on 147th ln but he only came to 146th and sat there after 15 minutes he turned around and left never came to my house and they've been here before I called the Domino's and Robert put me on hold so he could talk to armond the driver and after being on hold for 14 minutes I hung up and called back Robert said oh we got disconnected which was crap armond told Robert he tried to call me in which he did not my order was for 27.00 plus a 5.00 tip on a credit card so I was waiting for my order I have 3 lil kids and my husband that at 8:30 pm I had to turn around and cook for . Very disappointed would like my money back! Update: finally after a week and calling different managers they refunded my money

We did not receive what we ordered and when we called the store the man called us liars and hung up on us. I ordered honey BBQ wings and got the sweet mango habanero wings, my pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread wasn't even cut, we got ranch dressing and not the garlic we ordered and my husband ordered the New York Style pizza and received a regular. Not happy at all
I would like to take some time to acknowledge A manager who I think his name was Rob He was working on Sunday night, We ordered some pizzas and some bread twists.
When I got back home with my pizzas they had forgotten to place the Han and Pineapple in one of our pizzas and I went back to the store and showed my pizzas with missing toppings., Rob was very polite and fixed my order up with him apologizing for the mixup and he we very respectful to the team when he explained to them about the missing toppings and he respectability reminded of the importance of double checking the pizzas prior to cooking them.!
I do appreciate him handling the situation with not only me but with the team members So. ROB. Thank you for your help And keep up the great service

hello, i ordered 2 XL pepperoni pizzas, when i walked there the place was filthy!!🙏🤢 gnats everywhere. let alone when i opened the pizza i found a dead gnat in my pizza and it was undercooked. this place is horrible!!!
