Staff are rude and yell at you the second you pull up to the window. Pull you to the stop sign when there’s literally no one else in the drive through. Coffee was okay- Just wish it didn’t come with an attitude.

Consistently burnt coffee, poor customer service, and drinks that come with half the coffee dripping down the cup while they hand it to you. About a year ago this Dunkin was amazing, but it’s on a constant decline recently. Was also instructed to pull into the handicap spot?? because drinks weren’t ready despite placing the order almost 10mins before I got to the location.

No sanitation procedures at all. I ordered a hot latte, which was never made properly. I TESTED IT and returned it for being cold, the young lady put in under the steamer to heat it up. Do you think she cleaned the steamer afterwards? Of course not! Needless to say I couldn’t drink the coffee I had paid for. I was the only customer at the moment, no excuse for being busy.
