No sanitation procedures at all. I ordered a hot latte, which was never made properly. I TESTED IT and returned it for being cold, the young lady put in under the steamer to heat it up. Do you think she cleaned the steamer afterwards? Of course not! Needless to say I couldn’t drink the coffee I had paid for. I was the only customer at the moment, no excuse for being busy.

I literally drink Dunkin 2-3 times a day some days ,I go to several locations but this location the Only 1 it’s always a issue ..coffee Never right then I’m the problem when I ask for coffee to be adjusted ..What happen to customer service smh this am instead of remaking the coffee I’m handed the cream & butter pecan flavor to adjust my own coffee ..with Everything being so high but regardless of that when spending your money I guess it’s a crime for wanting something correct or corrected now a days

This is the closest Dunkin to where I work so I have to come here unfortunately. Food is great but can never get drinks made correctly. Worker in the window got upset that we wanted to pay for the food first before she gave us our coffee ? My coffee was orange and tasted burnt with no cream or Splenda in it .

Very nice two ladies that were working here yesterday we went through the Drive-Thru and broke down at the end of it even parked diagonally and they were so kind to my children while we worked on it till we were able to drive away late late last night I am so grateful thank you but to the Young gentleman that thought they were funny driving around 5xs in a row screaming at us and laying on the horn to freak my children out ugh

Savanna had a stank attitude when taking my order then had me sitting at the window for 10 minutes when my drink was already made, she i guess chose not to give me my drink. she also was serving dirty looks at me and my friends. AND MY DRINK TASTES LITERALLY LIKE NOTHING BUT COLD FOAM. i ordered a regular vanilla bean coolatta.

They had absolutely no bagels so I had to get bagel minis, which when I got them, they were still hard and cold. I also got an order of snackin bacon, which is extremely hard and burnt and my hashbrowns were also cold.. is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in town, I will not be coming back to this one again. This happens all the time.
