I literally drink Dunkin 2-3 times a day some days ,I go to several locations but this location the Only 1 it’s always a issue ..coffee Never right then I’m the problem when I ask for coffee to be adjusted ..What happen to customer service smh this am instead of remaking the coffee I’m handed the cream & butter pecan flavor to adjust my own coffee ..with Everything being so high but regardless of that when spending your money I guess it’s a crime for wanting something correct or corrected now a days

This is the closest Dunkin to where I work so I have to come here unfortunately. Food is great but can never get drinks made correctly. Worker in the window got upset that we wanted to pay for the food first before she gave us our coffee ? My coffee was orange and tasted burnt with no cream or Splenda in it .

Very nice two ladies that were working here yesterday we went through the Drive-Thru and broke down at the end of it even parked diagonally and they were so kind to my children while we worked on it till we were able to drive away late late last night I am so grateful thank you but to the Young gentleman that thought they were funny driving around 5xs in a row screaming at us and laying on the horn to freak my children out ugh

Savanna had a stank attitude when taking my order then had me sitting at the window for 10 minutes when my drink was already made, she i guess chose not to give me my drink. she also was serving dirty looks at me and my friends. AND MY DRINK TASTES LITERALLY LIKE NOTHING BUT COLD FOAM. i ordered a regular vanilla bean coolatta.

Stopped here quickly to grab a latte and it was the worst latte I ever had. Burnt, no flavor, and it was suppose to be caramel. This is why I started making my coffee at home, because you pay $10 for two lattes to taste moldy and burnt.

They had absolutely no bagels so I had to get bagel minis, which when I got them, they were still hard and cold. I also got an order of snackin bacon, which is extremely hard and burnt and my hashbrowns were also cold.. is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in town, I will not be coming back to this one again. This happens all the time.

The normal food and drinks are great, and the service is usually good too, but I’m nervous after today. I got a few food items and drinks in the drive thru and asked for a water at the window. They charged me 50 cents for it, which is whatever, but it had a HORRIBLE, PUNGENT aftertaste of sewage. I ended up dumping the whole thing after a few sips. It makes me nervous about the refreshers I get which may have store water in them. I had my husband try it too and he agreed. It left a horrible taste in my mouth. I attempted to call the store to let them know instead of leaving a bad review, but the phone number doesn’t work. Not sure I’ll be going back until I know this problem is resolved.

I absolutely loveeee this Dunkin!!! I drive past two Dunkin’s just to come to this one. Everyone is awesome and they get my coffee right. But there’s a new girl working with blue hair that is sssooo rude!!!! She don’t need to deal with people with an attitude like that!! I’m a regular and everyone loves me and I love them but she really rubes me the wrong way. Enough so that I wrote a review!! Everyone else deserves a raise though. Just pleaseeee don’t have her dealing with customers u will lose them as customers. And I’m not the only one everyone at my job says the same.
