For months I have visited this DUNKIN DONUTS location and one of the scanners is usually out of order. The fix was to relocate it from the window to the main cashier. You promote free donuts with barcode however you can't scan them inside the store. Really? You can do better!

This Dunkin' is the best in Marion County. The line may be wrapped all the way around the building, but the line moves quick! The guys who work take the orders in the morning are top notch! The coffee is always fresh and the food it hot!

I came to this location today in the morning time and whoever took my order asked at the end if I wanted anything else rushing me to order I went to say what I needed and she said the total to move forward I tried to still say what I wanted but no reply. So I go to the window and say what I wanted and they told me to go back around which was Reina at the window. If it was y’all’s mistake I shouldn’t have to go back around and wait in a line full of people.

The guy who seemed me said he was Brianna. I placed my order and asked if a classic donut could go with that order. He jumped back, "there's no fee donut with that!" I said I didn't ask for free, just a classic donut. " As soon as his manager walked near, his tone changed and he was nice, explain what they have. I just waited for the small office coffee run. I returned one and all I got was attitude. He was a donut.Place was clean. Though

I was served a hot coffee today, 09/12/2023, and whomever poured the coffee and put on the lid...NEEDS TO WASH THEIR HANDS! Don't other-think this folks! Disgusting! Marion County Heath Department has been notified indeed!

Strange? I came to review after calling the Marion County Heath Department about my concern, and someone has already stated it for 9/12! somebody in there needs to wash their hands BIG time!

I just want everybody to know how disgusting this place is. We went through the drive thru and got a dozen donuts 7 which were suppose to be vanilla frosted. When we got home and opened the box there was 7 strawberry frosted instead. We drove all the way back this time going inside the establishment so that they can fix it. They literally took the 7 strawberry donuts out of our box and put them back in the tray for them to be served back to other customers!!! THAT IS DISGUSTING! That box was opened and my toddler breathed over it and they are serving it to people! I will NEVER eat here again and will be reporting this place.

Out of the whole order, the only things that were decent enough to digest were the coffees!One sandwich was burnt beyond recognition, the other sandwich was unrecognizable, I was afraid to eat it! The donuts felt like they were made yesterday!Last week we had a similar experience at DD on 484 off of I-75.Needless to say I will NEVER waste my money at DD again.So sad how far this franchise has fallen ?

Every time I want something from this place is closed! It doesn't matter if it is in the morning, afternoon or evening, something is always wrong. No items available or closed. The digital menu is broken and looks very dirty form outside. Don't know what happened with this location. It sucks.

Love Dunkin' coffee! Went in today, just for a coffee, saw the new wrap's on the screen & was like wow those look so good! I ordered my coffee and asked the girl at the counter what all comes in the chariso & egg wrap. She told she doesn't work in the kitchen that she doesn't make the food. I was like so you don't know what's all in it? She told me no, except the chariso & eggs... I literally just laughed & said ok. She didn't offer to ask someone, nada. Then when it came out it was so small, nothing like the picture. I took 2 bite's & it was ice cold in the middle, I went back in side & told her I hate to be that guy but this is ice cold. She said so you want a refund, didn't offer a new one, so I laughed & said yes please. Bottom line if you have a new delicious looking promo, the staff should know what goes in it & how too make it. At least my coffee was delicious, praise sweet baby Jesus.

The worst service & my food was stale. When you can tap your fingernail on the crust of the bread & it's hard, there's a problem! It wasn't even toasted! I pulled up into a parking spot & waited for it! 14 minutes. Never again at that one. Definitely disappointed.

Where is the management? This place is ran by nothing but teenagers who have no work experience. They are always out of necessities.How can you run out of straws? Or hazelnut? Or butter pecan? Or mocha? This is a consistent issue. Does anyone know how to conduct inventory? Does anyone have common sense to see products that are selling fast should be inventoried and stocked appropriately?You’ll get a sorry and that’s good, but the best apology one can give is to do your job properly.
