Was placing an order through the mobile app and it auto placed the order for 4 am when I don’t even get off of work until 7 am. I called the store and explained the situation and the manager who picked up the phone told me she’s not changing the order time and immediately hung up on me. Had an extremely rude attitude. I come by here a ton after I get off of work in the mornings. Definitely not anymore.

I come here all the time and its normally so nice but today i made the sinple mistake of placing an order for walk in and oulling through drive. Upon saying my name i was greeted with nasty attitude and a sharp “pull around for your WALK IN order” none of this was necessary and it was rather rude

Not kind to anyone who's had a stroke. She couldn't understand me had to keep repeating the order seeing it was shy a drink, the very young manager serving us claimed i was yelling when I wasn't. I offered to demonstrate the difference but she was dead set on she herd fine. Why wad it a drink shy?

This is a GREAT Dunkin Donuts in Ocala on South Pine. Came this afternoon to get my traditional frozen coffee and the girls there - Susan, Brooke and Trish took care of me. My frozen coffee was perfect and the chicken and pepper wrap was delicious. Every single one of the ladies working there today were exceptional in the way I was treated - courteous, professional, kind. This is one of my favorite places to pick up my coffee. A huge thank you to Susan, Brooke and Trish for taking care of me today. You all deserve a raise and a kudos from the owner. 💖

Happy they had my dunkin midnight, however I asked for no egg on my sausage, egg and cheese croissant and they put the egg on. 😌 I would have been okay with it but the cheese melted to the egg . No bueno😟
