Worst Dunkin. I always place mobile orders because i know how this store is, and 85% of the time when I show up to the store my order is never ready, or it’s left sitting on the back counter, unfinished. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue or the workers simply do not care, but i should not be late to work in the morning because i have to wait for a mobile order i placed well in advance

3 days ago had someone in kitchean area yell out for me to get out her window as i was in drive thru because i was talking to cashier after getting my otder she was handing me my change and the manager screamed i need my window cleared for next person! Un professional will drive further to go different dunkin or try starbucks!

They never have coffee rolls. You would think if you run out of them and people are asking, you would order more. And I just found out they don't even make them there anymore???

I just want to know why Every time me and my wife eat here our food is either incorrect or burnt. My wife loves dunkin and it’s unfortunate I have to go out of my way to go to another one because I can’t trust my food, time and money won’t go to waste at this location.

This location needs a higher drive-thru clearance. I am a first responder and I got called in 0130 in the morning! As you can imagine I am utterly tired! I ended a 12 hour shift and only had 4 hours of sleep...so I'm working until 4am ( the time this location opens) well I can't use the drive-thru because it's clearance is 9ft...my vehicle is 9ft 6in...so I park and try to enter the dine in. The door is locked..and the worker twirls her hand indicating I need to use the drive-thru. Now it's 38 degrees outside, I can see my breath as I exhale. If I could use the drive-thru I obviously would because who wants to be freezing their ass off waiting for someone to open the door? Not me that's for sure. So needless to say I didn't get any coffee...so maybe you can raise the clearance bar or at the very least open the dine in area.

This location has the absolute worst customer service. I have given them several opportunities and will no longer spend my money here. The last time I went, there were several employees standing by the drive through bitching and cussing loudly, and one young woman trying to serve everyone in line. When she asked for help she was told to ask someone else. Get it together.

The staff here are so rude. I asked for a refill with my thermos I bought from them and they said to go back to Starbucks and that they don’t do refills ? If you hate your job so much maybe just quit?
