The staff is always really nice but most of the time when I go there with a simple order I get asked to pull to the side and have to wait 20 min even though no one else is in line. Also the app does not tell you when they are out of things so when you get there they have to substitute it and they either will give you a random muffin or ask you if you want something that is less than the value of what you paid.

Samantha, the manager is angry and miserable first thing in the morning. I tried to order a vanilla bean Coolatta with chocolate drizzle and she screamed at me over the PA and said that she heard me then of course when I got my drink, it didn’t have chocolate drizzle she threatened me and said I could park and she would walk my drink out to me.
