The music is so loud in this Dunkin that I could not place my order without having to repeat myself because they could not hear me. I asked if they would turn it down and they said management dictates it be at this level. This is ridiculous. I now have a headache and will never go in there again. I feel sorry for the employees. Management should really reconsider the level of noise they are forcing people to endure. I feel sorry for old people who go in there.

Can’t pick up phone!!! I’ve called 4 times at 6 o’clock to see if I let my debit card there! I work as a host and I get it sometimes ur busy but it’s not that hard to answer the phone!!!

The night shift is severely incompetent. The two times I came to get coffee at night and it never taste like it does during the day they need to be trained properly. The little boy that works, the window decided to tell me what I said at The speaker, I know what I said. I come there sometimes twice a day. He told me I didn’t ask for caramel in my coffee, which I always do and I know what I said. So for him to tell me what I didn’t say is completely baffling. He tried to handle it in a professional somewhat ghetto way. If the sales are decreasing at night, he could be the reason why.

I went in for a gift card. The place was clean. The only negative was the employee. He acted a little to thugish. This is a much older crowd , outside of 55 plus communities. He wasn't disrespectful, just too familiar and loud.

Quite often they put the mobile orders aside until you get there to do them to help the customers inside first. So it makes ordering through the app or through online delivery service quite pointless actually.

Always a good go-to when you need a good assortment of donuts, although gone are the days of donuts for a dollar! 2 dozen donuts are now going to cost you $30.
We don't like how they eliminated seating after remodel. I asked for low ice in my large iced coffee and still had enough to fill half the cup. They were out of Pepsi again for my husband.
