We used the app to order and even though we arrived before the order was ready (walk in) employees said they didn’t have our order. They finally found our two coffees in the drive thru area. Even though the sandwiches just arrived at the counter, when they’re really busy they must cut down the time the sandwiches are cooked in the microwave! Our sandwiches were cold!!!!

The best Dunkin' in Ocala! I stop every morning before work and the employees are always so pleasant and cheerful even at 6 AM. My coffee is always on point and I even come on my days off just because they're the best. Love this Dunkin'!
Just went to this location and we ordered two drinks and two orders of mini stuffed Bagels and went to the window and the lady didn’t add one of our drinks and put 6 Donuts on my order and then use the excuse that the screen was broken when it was perfectly fine two orders before would definitely not recommend this location to anyone rather just take the drive to Starbucks

This place is totally disorganized. Took over 10 minutes to get a black no caffeine coffee and when I got back to car I discovered they had put cream in it.

Honestly, I’m shocked that I have to do this, but I’d rather drive out of my way to get my Dunkin and to drive this location. Upon walking inside to pick up my Mobile order, I would not create it or if I was dining in or picking up. Then I waited about five minutes while they throw the entire drive-through and an older gentleman like even after me all before I was waiting I love to coffee but not service this location sorry but you guys make my day today. Only reason I was going by was possibly a gift card for the holiday, but I decided upon doing

This store really needs a new store manager she treats customers so sadly she doesn’t care about customers service she rude and always has and attitude,one time I over heard her telling her employees that they where not going to get there tips I have witnessed many encounter of her been mean to customers corporate really needs to step in

I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. I ordered a $2 coffee and paid with a $10 bill, but they only gave me $2 in change. When I pointed out the mistake, instead of fixing it politely, the staff gave me a hard time and acted like I was in the wrong. Mistakes happen, but their rude and dismissive attitude made the situation so much worse. This isn’t just about the money—it’s about treating customers with basic respect. I won’t be returning to this location.
