Out of every bagel we ordered. Out of apple fritters and coffee was so sweet we actually dumped it out.

This Dunkin is horrible. After ordering in drive thur, we had to go park and wait over 10 mins to get our 3 drinks one being sweet tea and 2 food items. If I was told before they took my money it would be a wait . I wouldn't have a problem, I could of left and found a drive thur that is running properly. Not only that but the person who took our order had long fake nails with jewels on them. Long nails in food service should be a no. That's gross and unsanitary

Both drinks were incorrect. They aren't hard orders. Staff seemed to busy with nothing to make our drinks. There were 2 other patrons at tables. Thats it.

I was shorted on my food went in and got told I was lying . Went to leave and got chased out by 3 employees and got called a racist name. Then I called corporate really hope they get reprimanded because there actions were unexceptable i give that location a minus rated they are very racist.

I take three shot espresso and this is my order every single day from Dunkin’ Donuts. I know exactly what I think and the cashier she’s very mean very rude so nasty and three shots espresso amount of one shot plus price. It’s a very high usually the price in Duncan $4.10. It’s a 540 or five 50 Cent even espresso after I tested not good

Pros the got me out the line in a good timely manner Cons: hard reheated hash browns ordered a coffee and instead of listening to the amount of shots they put a lot of flavor probably to save themselves from making a lot of coffee overall no quality when it comes to customer satisfaction
