The service here is phenomenal, my food is always delicious. I’ve been coming to this location for a while, but have seen so much improvement since Tyler has been here working there. It’s refreshing to see a young kid so passionate about his work and making sure things run smoothly. He is so kind to customers and makes and keeps positive personal relationships with customers and coworkers. Tyler is an amazing addition to this dunkin location.

Dunkin has changed. It's all day old stuff now rather than fresh like it used to be. The coffee isn't the best either. The happiness of dunkin is gone. Food quality is on par with fast foods now :(
This Dunkin is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I had to sit at the speaker box waiting for someone to answer for 5-10 minutes. I then ordered the new Dunkalatte, which they were out of which is fine. But I ordered a vanilla iced latte. They gave me a vanilla iced coffee. The girl didn’t even speak to me at the window, she didn’t say have a good day or anything. Terrible experience. I will not be coming back to this location.

I live only 5 minutes from this location so it’s typically my go-to for when I need a coffee, over the years I’ve probably visited at least 100 times. This location runs through management and staff like no other, and with that brings in a whole host of issues. Whenever a new person is added to staff they are not properly trained leading to inaccurate orders and improperly made items. There has been several times where I’ve had to throw out my food/drinks from this location due to them being made wrong. NOW all that being said they have periods where they’re perfect, where the staff is all nice and friendly + make your food and drinks properly, but that tends to last for only a few weeks before the superstars quit and are replaced by people who are apathetic and down right rude at times.
All this being said if you’re looking for a consistently good experience, you’re better off going to the SW 26th CT location by the mall, I’ve gone to this location 10+ times and have always received great service and delicious drinks.
