I ordered a Med, Iced Americana, with cream. What I got was a Med Iced coffee.Went into store and asked for the correct drink, and was given a Med cup of mostly cream, and girl had a huge Attitude!!!!!Was not at all satisfied.

I waited 20 minutes for a regular hot coffee, i received a cold coffee that was half full of vanilla syrup. Undrinkable, i threw it away, huge waste of time. I was the only customer there and now i know why, i wont be back.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place made me quite unhappy today. I placed Mt first ever mobile order thus morning, but accidentally for the wrong location. I discovered this at the drive thru, and they told me I was out of luck. I asked if they could honor it there, they said I had to cancel it at the other location. I called the other location, who said I had to do it in the app. I pulled up the app, which took me to a chat bot. I went inside the store and explained the situation. The manager overheard me explain, nodded to himself, then went back to work. Girl behind the counter kindly apologized, but no one could assist. Manager didn't care. I tried to reorder with the app coupo , but it was used up. So I left.I messed up. That is the source of the problem. But the customer service after that was non existent.

9:00 am purchase 2 dozen assorted donuts, the selection was limited a lot sold out not restocked. What i ended up with seemed dry & old, glaze sweating off just dry, not fresh tasting. These are NOT light tasty & decadent donuts your expecting.

Just now ordered a frozen, frozen coffee and red pepper burrito was handed the coffee had to wait for the burrito which is fine. However, when I did leave and get home to eat the burrito, it was the wrong burrito which again isn’t the end of the world, but just to top matters of f,the coffee was spoiled Tasted like rotten milk and yogurt.
Love Dunkin! Who doesn't love Dunkin??? Also amazing employees and superb service !!

I wouldn't order food here personally. It's all frozen and reheated. No thanks. I had the Strawberry Dragonfruit drink. It was very good but kind of watered down. I still enjoyed it.

I ordered six assorted munchkins. They were not assorted… and when I was handed my drink, it was not filled all the way and it was completely ice. I ordered a medium and the liquid contents were not even for a small cup… very disappointed will not be shopping back at Dunkin’ Donuts. Save your time and
