The drive through attendant was texting and the other two employees were organizing donuts. No acknowledgement after a few minutes and we left. I think one was a manager. No hello, wait one second or be right with you. Straight ignored. I will not be using the kiosk for large and difficult orders that I cannot customize how I’d like. I’m going to ola. 6 months ago y’all were functional. Stop firing your functional employees and hiring babies

Every time I have been to this place, the orders messed up. The people are rude takes forever and just downright rude people same problem with the one on 27th. The manager I believe was dressed in her PJs vaping behind the counter. Whoever is managing these stores need to fire everyone in therein both stores the one on 27th and 40.
I love this Dunkin! The customer service is always wonderful, and my coffee tastes perfect delicious . I’ve been to other locations where my coffee can be too sweet or not sweet enough, but at this store, it’s consistently just right—99.9% of the time! I really appreciate the staff for their great service. Keep up the amazing work! # 24ozhotrefill6&6

A huge thank you to the crew Friday night that serviced my family even though unbeknownst to me they were closing in just a few minutes. We had a pretty large order and she even had to brew new coffee for me. It wasn’t till we walked out and heard the click of the lock on the door we realized they closed at 7. I appreciate yall taking care of us anyway and will come back to thank you in person.

I used the drive-thru. The usually amazing hot chocolate tasted watery or weak. The sour cream donuts were great. The service at the drive-thru moved quickly

I went to this Dunkin every morning for Iced Tea and Breakfast. I was spending over $50 a week. Since I was close to work, I ordered a large tea without ice and to my astonishment they charged me an extra 75 cents for no ice!!!! I will NOT be going to this Dunkin again even though they are literally less than a mile from where I work.
