I love this Dunkin! The customer service is always wonderful, and my coffee tastes perfect delicious . I’ve been to other locations where my coffee can be too sweet or not sweet enough, but at this store, it’s consistently just right—99.9% of the time! I really appreciate the staff for their great service. Keep up the amazing work!

A huge thank you to the crew Friday night that serviced my family even though unbeknownst to me they were closing in just a few minutes. We had a pretty large order and she even had to brew new coffee for me. It wasn’t till we walked out and heard the click of the lock on the door we realized they closed at 7. I appreciate yall taking care of us anyway and will come back to thank you in person.

I went to this Dunkin every morning for Iced Tea and Breakfast. I was spending over $50 a week. Since I was close to work, I ordered a large tea without ice and to my astonishment they charged me an extra 75 cents for no ice!!!! I will NOT be going to this Dunkin again even though they are literally less than a mile from where I work.

I rarely come to this location because there's always a problem. But this was my last time after dealing with someone named Jennifer. I only ordered two items and she was rushing me after each thing like choosing which donut I wanted and choosing what bagel I wanted for my sandwich. She acted like it was a problem when I asked if they could put cream cheese on the sandwich. I was so flustered I forgot to use my app but when I asked how to get my points afterwards she basically yelled at front for someone else to tell me that I can't do it only through the app. When I asked why no one told me ahead of time or offered they said it's a third party and they don't really use it. The whole experience just was really rude and rushed when there was nobody else even in the store. I go to Dunkin' donuts for a treat to brighten my day not to be dealt with by an employee who clearly doesn't want to be there. I get that people don't like to work or maybe they just don't like their job but it's never okay to treat someone like that especially when working as your job to make people happy. And my sandwich was cool by the time I got home which is 2 miles down the street. This is why I will not be returning to this location and I tell all of my friends not to . given the fact that I leave a lot of reviews and show up at the top I'm pretty sure most people will see this and I hope so

We stopped by the drive thru on Saturday afternoon for plain bagels and a chocolate chip cookie. Drive thru service was fast and friendly. While my husband ate his bagels in the car, I went inside to use their women's restroom, and it was clean, stocked.

Total for the order was about $9, excluding generous tip.
Was it a bit expensive for 2 bagels with butter and 1 large chocolate chip cookie? Sure.
Did I expect it? Yep.
Did the food taste good? Yes.

We would pass by here again for a pit stop during one of our road trips. Thanks for the snacks.

We love being able to go right next door for our favorite coffee drinks but honestly there's a couple employees that could use some training in customer service but the guy with the piercings is always welcoming and making sure your order is correct and your experience is a good one

As all my reviews will show - honesty and I only review if a person or place goes above and beyond. In this case this location has an employee named Peyton. Peyton went ABOVE and BEYOND his job title by helping me. He was professional, courteous and made me feel like he really wanted my business now and for the future. He's a great representative of Customer Service and is a true asset to this location! Thank you Peyton and I will continue to come back!

Parking: Plenty of parking is available. 15 plus spots and easy in and easy out.

I came to order a small tea, I ordered through the kiosk because employees appeared to be busy. I sat inside and waited for my one hot tea for over fifteen minutes, when I approached the pick up desk, the young “lady” stated they didn’t have the flavor of tea I ordered. Which is fine, I suspect she doesn’t purchase it herself. But if you see I’m the only kiosk eat in order, why not call out and say “ma’am, we don’t have that”? When I asked why no one said anything, she rolled her eyes and ignored me. Absolute weirdo behavior.
