The employees were very rude. They do not make eye contact with you. When I asked help with service the employees kept there back to me and told me "I'm busy, you will just have to wait". I will not be back to that location.

I went through the drive through yesterday to get some donuts. When I got home and opened them they were the ugliest donuts I have ever seen. It was about 11:00 and they already tasted over a day old. I got one that was supposed to be maple coated and it looked like all the maple had run off it.

Rude and just dishonest employees. This Dunkin has been going from bad to WORST. It was good a while ago. But between the inconsistency with the drinks and behavior from the staff that's just violent and not necessary, do yourself a favor and drive to any other Dunkin location.
If it was the last place on earth to get a drink or some water, I'd rather die of dehydration.

Worst experience I've ever had at a dunkin, manager Keen is clearly not fit for the job. Ignorant drive through worker can't count change. They threatened to call the police when I asked for a receipt. Do yourself a favor and go to any other dunkin

I walked in because of an error that was made by a Dunkin on Highway 27. I travel for work so I travel to a whole bunch of different Dunkins on a regular basis. I asked them to fix the drink and they refused. Dunkin’ Is not known for its consistency so I have walked into several different Dunkin’ and asked them to fix an error that another shop has made, this has been standard practice. Mind you I don’t order a crazy complicated drink, I ask for whatever seasonal flavor is happening at that time, made with oat milk and it to be made with a lesser amount of the sweetener. I am a regular customer I spent hundreds of dollars a week at Dunkin, I will NOT be using Dunkin anymore.

I’ve been drinkin Dunkin for over 30 years and NEVER experienced such a pleasant staff and GLENDA (the manager) was warm and welcoming. This location has set the example for others to emulate. HIGHLY recommend to all DUNKAHOLICS ?

Went to this newly remodeled Dunkin’ Donuts, and it was immaculate on the inside. The staff was very nice and resolved my issue very quickly, and my drink was made perfectly.
