Disgusting lobby and ignorant manager you'd be lucky to get noticed and have your order taken in less then 5 minutes of starting at a dirty wall, all while listening to the employees swear and watch the manager dance for some reason but not take your order. Drive thru lady seemed nice

Daughter was sent for coffee and the manager and associate both gave her attitude bright and early at 745am. I am a store manager of a business that actually spend money for associates here. You have lost our business. My coffee and snacks came from there every day until you decided to have a manager that gives lip to customers bright and early. If they don't like their job ..than find another ...quit. Customers are the ones making their paychecks. If you have no customers , You're out of business!!

My family and I are what we call Dunkie Junkies and we enjoy our Dunkin typically twice a day. We just recently moved to this area and have been baffled at the terrible customer service of this location.We understand that our order will occasionally be made incorrectly but if you ask them to fix it they call the manager over who gets an extremely negative attitude towards you. Generally speaking the manager is pretty rude but she steps it up a notch when you ask her to fix a drink.Unfortunately we will be driving 10 minutes farther to get our coffee from now on. Super disappointed in the management at this Dunkin.
