Rude. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.Whomever was taking the order had a nasty attitude. Said they were out of something as if I could see their stock from the drive thru and automatically copped an attitude. While I get that it is stressful dealing with the public , I was nothing but polite and courteous to you, I expect the same in return. So thanks , one less Dunkin to visit for us! Maybe find someone else to do the order taking that doesn’t feel the need to be rude and take their bad day out on your customers. We will go elsewhere :-)

If I could give a zero I would. I was just there and they gave me totally cold food after waiting in the parking lot and food was missing went in and the manager was totally rude asking for my receipt which they never gave me. Gave me the missing food and it was cold too. That manager should be removed she was arguing with customers and rude. Totally disorganized can’t handle your busy times take time hiring your leadership.

Hard-working staff, who aim to please... and they certainly do. This is a very busy store, but the drive-thru keep flowing as does the line inside. Donuts are well stocked, and the dining room is clean. Tiny parking lot, so it helps to park by adjacent businesses.

Coming to this location on different occasions, I would rather get my food at the drive thru then coming inside. The only person who didn’t seem to have an attitude each time I came was the young lady working the drive thru. Coming inside no one greet you, everyone had an attitude, no one was even talking to each other. I had to stand in line at least 5 minutes while the young lady at the register takes order, one lady is washing dishes and a gentleman is putting in the sandwiches, and all this time still no one acknowledges anyone walking in. The young lady in front seemed afraid to even ask the others for anything. Not sure what everyone deal is at this location but the customer service is not there at all!!

The croissant was burnt and they said they could not get a receipt that I needed to have for my work. This is not acceptable customer service. The manager said she did not have time to get a receipt and said the croissant was not burnt

So I was excited to order some Dunkin because I wanted to make a surprise for my boyfriend for his dedication and I mean the food is nice. It's a little cold because I waited an extra 20-30 minutes for the food because door dash was having issues but hey that happens. Absolutely loved the plain bagel bites filled with cream cheese, no hair. The sourdough bread was nice but the cheese seemed a bit plastic and thrown on. It's not melted really at all which sucks. And the donuts are up to him to judge but they look so cute. When I called to ask about what was going on with my order they seemed nice. Just a bit longer wait then what I expected for it to be 4am. Just please melt the sourdough grilled cheese and please get the frozen hot chocolate back! It's my favorite drink. Oh one more thing, this was pretty expensive. Everything was $28 with delivery fees and everything else. With the half dozen costing $11.34 but for some reason door dash does rise the prices. So honestly

Hair in food. I am posting here to warn people not to come until there has been clean up of this location. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and when I sat down at work to eat it I was forced to throw it away. Food looked undercooked and not filling in the bagel bites.

Nice to have a very normal Dunkin’ Donuts experience. The staff are are busy attentive food is fresh places clean. This is a preferred Duncan in this region in my opinion.
