Great place to stuff your face!! So donuts aren't good for you, so what?!? Even if you eat healthy you're gonna die at the end of this life. So eat donuts, drink coffee, and shout at clouds if it makes you feel good.

Purchased 1 dozen around 3p.m. on 01/13/2025, from Cancer appointment at Shands. COFFEE was great...Donuts stale. I asked for a discount on donuts that had been sitting there all day, he said no discounts. Drove drown the interstate, grabbed a dout and they were like day old donuts, even the barbarian creme donuts were dry. We spent almost 14.00$ on a dozen of my favorite donuts. I should have went next door to PUBLIX AND GOTTEN FRESH DONUTS.

Waiting to get out of the parking due to a line to get out on the main road an employee came out yelling at us asking why were we blocking up the drive thru as if she can’t see the line of cars trying to get out. Just a very rude attitude about something I couldn’t control. ( yes we went through the drive thru ) on top of it the food was burnt

5 customers deep inside and we all stood there like we were invisible. All they care about is the drive thru! The manager literally told me drive thru was priority and we all had to wait. Customer service is down the drain here at this location. Manager should be replaced with someone that cares about all customers

Ordered a medium ice coffee with cream n caramel n got an ice coffee with idk what syrup what is was but gross. Went back the next day and the guy said I should of said something befor paying this time but I forgot until last minute please please don’t give me that syrup again lol I had to clean my windshield it went everywhere
