THANK YOU for fixing the drive through! It’s not as narrow anymore so I can actually drive confidently through it! I know it sounds silly, but I would go out of my way to drive to a different location because I did not like your drive-through. I have scraped my tire rim two too many times, so I would go out of the way for the convenience of my car. I’ll be back tomorrow ?

Awful customer service. I was cut off constantly. They got our drink wrong and when I tried to correct it I got cut off again. The other Dunkin just north has far better service. Please save your money and time and go thereEdit: went in to get the correct coffee and they messed it up again. They just need to take a second and listen. They were very short and cut me off again. I was the only person in the store. Very disappointed

I wish they could be consistent in making products in store. You never know what you're going to get. Most times, it has to be remade. Check your training. Stop cheating your customers.
Excellent customer service. Brandi and Brandon were absolutely kind and generous. Part of the reason why I came here is because my uncle said this was the best Dunkin location he has ever been to and I can see why. Definitely recommend others to come to this location!

For the love of all that is holy why haven't you guys fixed the massive drop in the driveway. Also my sandwich was ready just seconds after I ordered which is actually impressive because it takes a lot of heat and skill to burn a whole sandwich in that short of time. FIX YOUR DRIVE-THRU before things get serious
