The service by the 2 guys working today was good. They were helpful about what was on the menu. The drinks we ordered tasted excellent. Dunkin’s quality, taste and prices are better than their competitors. Only McDonald’s coffee comes close, but they quit serving bf at 10:30 AM. Dunkin serves bf all day!

Very very very poor management need the number for corporate zishan is the owner of this one and others and he rly need new district mangers and general mangers Tara is very rude her and her daughter works here and if anyone says anything the her daughter she lets you go without a conversation being had. Mangers care more about the stray cats and raccoons in the back of building then they do the workers very unfortunate along disappearance of the tips the whole store need to just restart and get help.

They delay way too much! It took 40 minutes for them to even take my order. Though the good is tasty, the service was dreadful. While the staff was hustling, the manager kept socializing (telling personal anecdotes) with Doordash delivery drivers, while the queue kept growing. This is very telling of the kind of leader he is and how Dunkin values service.

I visited for the first time earlier in the day to buy coffee and the experience was excellent. The service was great, the staff was friendly, and my coffee was hot and exactly the right size. I left very happy.
Because of that good experience, I decided to come back the next day in the afternoon before leaving my review. The employees were still respectful, polite, and professional, which I appreciate a lot. However, this time the coffee I received was not the same quality: it was lukewarm and the cup was filled almost only halfway. I chose not to say anything to the person who helped me because they had treated me very well and I didn’t want to make them feel bad, but I do think it’s important to mention it here.
Overall, this is a good place and I see potential for great service every time. I’m giving 4 stars only because of the coffee on my second visit—if it had been hot and filled correctly like the first time, this would easily be a 5-star review. I hope this helps the team improve, because I would like to keep coming back.

Out of all of the Dunkin' Donuts in Marion County, this one is the worst. I get breakfast here and they NEVER include napkins with my meal. When I ask for napkins, I get one or two. It's ridiculous. Whoever is running this place needs to start giving out napkins to people who order food. Do yourself a favor and go to another Dunkin where you don't have to beg for napkins

11/12/25 drive thru today. Such a nice friendly place. Tried the mini bagels today & they are warm & delicious & a pumpkin spice hot coffee as well. 9/23/25 so love this dunkin. Had to get pumpkin spice coffee fix. 😆

I sit at the counter for seven minutes before the guy in the drive-through even addressed me. I stand corrected. He did not address me. I went up to him and said is it more efficient for me to go to the drive-through. He goes. Oh, I’m sorry I can help you. And then I ordered a cold brew with half-and-half and two Stevia’s and my coffee came out 50% of it looks like half-and-half and 50% coffee.

The most disgusting donuts I have ever in in my life! We ordered 6 of the vanilla and chocolate cream filled and 6 jelly filled... Hardly a teaspoon of filling in the donuts... What the hell? $15 for a dozen donuts and the quality is completely subpar. How dare you even sell shit like this over the counter! Dunkin' donuts is not what it used to be, Tasty O here we come!

I’ve hesitated on this review because I was convinced that the manager and non-ethnic workers were just racist and that was the cause for the consistently nasty, condescending and downright offensive behavior and language from the “manager” and blond child working the drive thru. Each time I use a promo offer in the app or try to use my points she always says it doesn’t work and continues to repeat the total before offers… no other people do that at this location. She went as far as telling me if I don’t like paying for my order (not the issue) that I should go somewhere else. This is the only location between home and my morning destination… I now add 10+ minutes onto my trip to avoid this and have not had one issue at any other location using the promos or points. The coffee is always burnt or has a chemical taste anyway.

We ordered (2) $5 meals with iced coffees. After multiple attempts of giving my order to the rude person behind the speaker, I thought proper order was established. They completely got the order wrong on one of the meals. The coffees didn't taste anything like what we ordered and tasted like it was tossed together with no thought or guidelines to how it is supposed to be made. I would not suggest going to this Dunkins on mericamp, in front of skate mania, unless your looking for a jacked up order and rude customer service. I'll be driving out of my way to go to one that is worthy my patronage and hard earned money. 😐
