And then I ordered a cold brew with half-and-half and two Stevia’s and my coffee came out 50% of it looks like half-and-half and 50% coffee.

The most disgusting donuts I have ever in in my life! We ordered 6 of the vanilla and chocolate cream filled and 6 jelly filled... Hardly a teaspoon of filling in the donuts... What the hell? $15 for a dozen donuts and the quality is completely subpar. How dare you even sell shit like this over the counter! Dunkin' donuts is not what it used to be, Tasty O here we come!

I’ve hesitated on this review because I was convinced that the manager and non-ethnic workers were just racist and that was the cause for the consistently nasty, condescending and downright offensive behavior and language from the “manager” and blond child working the drive thru. Each time I use a promo offer in the app or try to use my points she always says it doesn’t work and continues to repeat the total before offers… no other people do that at this location. She went as far as telling me if I don’t like paying for my order (not the issue) that I should go somewhere else. This is the only location between home and my morning destination… I now add 10+ minutes onto my trip to avoid this and have not had one issue at any other location using the promos or points. The coffee is always burnt or has a chemical taste anyway.

Didn’t even add flavor to the coffee that was chosen. I don’t go everyday like I used to but it’s crazy that out of the 6 months since I’ve gone to one and they don’t add anything except the coffee and cream.

Manager was completely rude. Place an order in app to pick up. When I arrived it was no where to be found they said they didn’t get the order. So I showed them the order from the app with time location and order number. I was told it’s not there problem I would have to replace and pay for the order again and contact the app to get my money back. Very unprofessional very rude and just did not care

They have great service and I love that they are taking care of the stray cats in the area, but their coffee machine must be burning the beans because their recent expressos are extremely dark brown and taste bitter, and another dunkin location had way lighter and way better tasting coffee from the same order. Rarely some days its good and then the next couple days its horrible
