I have come here four or five times and all but one time I waited at least 20 minutes and two of those times I waited 40 minutes to get drinks!!! I've never even waited half this long at a Popeyes. Like I keep coming back hoping that things are going to get situated because in my mind I cannot understand why it would take this long for drinks I don't even think this place serves food? I feel bad because all the workers seem like nice attentive young people. Is there like five people taking orders and only one person making the drinks inside?

Idk if this will help or hurt i over all love dutch bros coffee ans drinks. When the MOB was here everything was spot on. Since the MOB left... the last 3 times I went have waited for 40 min to an hour!!! Friday I was late to work ( and thats something Don't do especially for any drive through) They made it right that day, bc they did for get about me at the window.. but
I personally really like this place! I hate that this is how its been the last 3 times, and I stayed bc I online ordered. Or I most definitely wouldn't of.
Took 3 times but lesson learned.
I love thos place just please please please get it together!

I had just left this establishment and felt it was necessary to say, if you arena willing to wait 40 minutes in a line for coffee don’t waste your time. I have been to Dutch Bros before, but this was my first time at this location and the set up/line was not worth it. Also, bees flying everywhere and didn’t even apologize for waiting that long for getting coffee.

We really enjoy the coffee, but waiting 30-40 min in line for two coffees that were ordered ahead is a little insane. A better system needs put into place desperately.

I loved it the first time I came through- the coffee was the perfect temp and flavors were balanced. The second time it was barely warm and the flavors were weak- I didn’t feel it was worth the $. I hate paying that much for coffee it it doesn’t hit the mark. I don’t care for the loud music in the drive through, I find it to be too much (just my preference). I hope they do well and think they will if they can master being consistent with the drinks they turn out.

Kristin is literally my absolute favorite employee!! Seeing her is legit the highlight of my days when I come. She is so sweet, super attentive and overall just management material! I’ve seen her slinging drinks like a pro while still interacting with guests.

If I can rate it lower I would. I went last night to get a coffee to have in the morning for my ride to work and this morning when I went to pour the coffee into my reusable cup there was a used bandaid floating on top. I tried calling the store and they said they weren't taking calls and they don't have a corporate number to contact. I send an email (only way to reach) corporate but haven't heard anything back. Plus the girl taking the orders was rude and seemed annoyed while taking my order.

The drinks in the staff are great. Getting better every time I stop. I do feel though that having the Lawn Care crew there at 8 o’clock in the morning when it’s busy cutting and blowing mulch, rocks, sand, and dirt all over the parking lot and the cars that are in line is unacceptable. No one wants their freshly cleaner car covered in sand dirt and rocks while they’re waiting in line for coffee.
