Amazing sushi!! I have tried almost every sushi spot in ocala and this is by far the best place! The rolls are good size and loaded up. The atmosphere is calming,decorative and warm. The service is wonderful. The staff is very polite.

Service was HORRIBLE!!! I went for lunch, Sunday, Sept 14, 2025. It was a table of 4 of us. First, we ordered and I had to ask for soy sauce. The waiter said he’ll bring it and then he was standing behind the front desk area, talking it up with another employee, never bringing the soy sauce, so I had to get up and ask a second time! Then, when he brought our rolls, I had to ask for the dish that holds the soy sauce in it! Seriously??? On top of that, I was wondering why I hadn’t received my fried rice with yum yum sauce. HE NEVER WROTE IT DOWN!! I told him to make sure it’s not on the bill and that, at this point, I don’t even want it! I was just disgusted, because people go out to eat, so they get served and waited on. It’s frustrating to go out and have a waiter who doesn’t pay attention, acts like he’s writing down your order, but doesn’t, never brings the things he’s supposed to, says he’ll bring something and then goes to “hang out” with a co worker, etc!!! THE WORST!!

I'ma regular here noticed Sebastian for the first time & he was awesome, definitely a hard worker flying around grabbing dishes & getting orders, hibachi was good.

Horribly let me down no Reservation for dine in only Habachi and when I was trying to be considerate to the staff by calling ahead to let them know that a party of 12 will be coming in just as a heads up in an hour they straight up refused service for 12

Went for a birthday dinner for a friend. My daughter ordered the fried tofu. Any other place we have ordered it, the tofu had a nice crust on it. At Edo the tofu was mushy. Not appetizing at all. Brought it to waitress’s attention. She went and spoke to manager. Came back and told us that if they remake it the tofu would be the same. She literally went and got a dish and scraped the tofu off my daughter’s plate at the table. Didn’t offer a replacement meal. Didn’t offer anything. Just took a couple dollars off. She was embarrassed. The rest of us were shocked as we had never seen anything like this. I ordered the spider roll. Not even sure what was actually in it. Did not look like any other soft shell crab roll I’d ever had. Another ordered the chicken and it was not the greatest. Can’t say we will be back. This was not my daughter’s first time there and she even said she would not be going back. Also, the wasabi had no kick to it whatsoever. The hot tea was like warm. For the price, it’s a no go.
