Overall experience was excellent. The food was wonderful and the chef was funny and very interactive. He made it very entertaining for my kids but also threw in some adult humor.I got the steak and shrimp and it did not disappoint the serving size was excellent (and I eat a lot) even the kids meals were about the size of the adult plates.My wife got the sushi which very well may be the best I’ve had in Ocala. I highly recommend trying the sushi even if you don’t want to sit at the habachi table.

Ordered the Big Mac roll, very solid, large roll, tasty. I also ordered the Toro which I almost always do. It was MP per usual. I ate the 1st of 2 pieces, it was fishy, too fishy for anyone to enjoy. Definitely done w/ the Toro, not eating the second piece. No worries, it happens occasionally and we are in Ocala Fl, so not too upset. Politely hinted to waitress it was fishy as the kitchen should know, and that’s all i said. She came back and said “we can’t exchange it.” Okay, I said, just think you all should know that toro can’t really be served like this as it’s past its time.” She said the owners won’t do anything about it, sorry. Waitress was great. Owners clearly not aware and did not try the product. Won’t be back. Not too worried about paying for the bad fish, but surprised it wasn’t taken care of.

Traveling down i75 and placed an order online. It was ready to go when we walked in the door. Ate the delicious food in the car and kept on traveling. The only thing I will add is that our order wasn’t right, but what we did get was delicious!

I absolutely love this Edo’s establishment! The staff is absolutely sweet and work so hard to seat and accommodate each party in a timely fashion.The chef’s are all on point. I have visited 3times and have had a different chef each dinner service.Each one was respectful, funny, talented and cooked the food to perfection.I will always be back! A wonderful team!
