They messed up my whole order, ordered onions, no onions. Extra pickles, no extra pickles. No mayo and both sandwiches covered in mayo disgusting! I called and was refused a refund they wanted me to spend more gas money to drive back to the restaurant when it is 40° degrees outside in FLORIDA. Told me to call in the morning to talk to the general manager and I will this is terrible service.

They have the smallest subs in Ocala. I remember how amazing their subs used to be. Large enough as to where you felt you were getting your money's worth. The buns are child size now. Not worth the money paid.

Ordered the thanksgiving sub. Paid a lot for it. Couldn't hardly find the cranberry sauce. Very disappointed.

Pricey the subs at Publix are just as good and a lot cheaper

Every time we order from here, they either put mustard on it or not enough mayo when asked for extra. When we ask for tomatoes, they never put them on. We ordered tonight. We got a large Italian and a medium steak. The steak one we asked for lettuce and tomato on it, no tomatoes just lettuce and the regular ingredients for the sub. On the Italian, it had everything but tomatoes. They never once told us if they were out of tomatoes. They did listen this time to no mustard on either one, but we think it's cause we had to tell them no mustard.

I bet this would be a great place if they had a manager present.

On my visit tonight I was highly pleased by the manger Joy and her co worker Masons service, the energy in the atmosphere made me feel very welcomed by the two. They helped me chose something new because I explained how I always get the Firehouse Philly, so Ms. Joy pointed the Italian after I said it caught my mind! Needless to say sub 10/10, service 10/10, clean restaurant!? Definitely! Thank you guys!

They are always out of stuff! 3rd time I have ordered for pickup and I get there and they don't have what I ordered..So FRUSTRATING!!

Staff is pleasant and helpful. Food has been prepared correctly the last few times I have been in there. I wish they would check the soda machine to see what flavors are missing more regularly as it's almost always out of something, but the staff is usually available to correct that upon request.

Ordered online with a scheduled pick up time allowing plenty of time to complete the order. Arrived after scheduled pick up time only to THEN be told they didnt have what was required to make my order. No effort to contact me in the 40 minutes prior to picking it up and had to ask for the rest of the items on the order.
