I had enough rewards points on the app to get a free large sub. I ordered it it was ready by the time I arrived at the restaurant. I split it with my wife and we were both full! Everything tasted great.

Went to this location on Saturday with a friend. They only had one register open and the line was backed to the door. The man at the register was either new or was having a problem with an order. The manager came over said something to him which did not fix the problem so the customers were still waiting. She should have opened the other register to help out but she didn’t. We were tired of waiting and left. Poor service. Would have been better leaving the kiosk

I used to love the New York Steamer, but now the company that prides itself on more than generous portions is only putting 4 ounces of meat on their medium steamer. It makes for a pitiful sandwich. And the staff can do nothing about it. Gotta go somewhere else I guess. Publics makes good subs still.

Love their subs! The bread is amazing and they don't skimp on the amount of stuff they put on the subs. The engineer is my favorite!

Food is good service is pretty slow hard to get any live customer service getting a live person to help there was lots of people waiting and waiting for there food ,maybe it's that store only ,like the food service was just not good
