We've been going to this place for years but, today, they lost a return customer. We placed an order that included a large chicken fried rice and they gave us a small. When I called to tell them that the order was wrong, a rude woman answered and asked for the phone number that we placed the order with. She then proceeded to tell me that we ordered a small fried rice, even though we've never ordered a small fried rice in all the years we've been going here, and how if we wanted a large we could either order a large or another small order. We also had no way to verify if we got charged for a small or a large since we were not given any receipt. Because of this woman's attitude and her lack of customer service skills, we will never be back. Great job guys 👏

I had a very disturbing experience at this restaurant. I found a large black hair in my chicken, which is unacceptable and clearly a health concern. When my dad went inside to complain, the staff initially refused to do anything about it.
Only after my dad mentioned health codes and reporting them did they reluctantly give him a box of rice. That was not a real apology or a proper response to a serious food safety issue — it felt like they were trying to brush it off.
To make matters worse, as my dad was leaving, a server asked him to pick up trash for them. That was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, especially considering he was the one who had just been given poor service and unsafe food.
Overall, this was a terrible experience. I do not feel comfortable eating here again, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this restaurant. Food safety and basic customer respect should be the minimum expectation.

I love buying from this location. They have good food and polite staff. I enjoy the sesame chicken, boneless spare ribs, and vegetable soup. Sometimes I get the beef and vegetables with white rice and it is also very delicious.

I only ever go to this restaurant when I'm on that side of town. I made an exception because it was Friday and I knew I could DoorDash it. My stomach is still upset with me for this decision. The food was extremely greasy and I'm wondering how many times its been tossed in the grease and how many times the grease has been changed. Lesson learned for me. There's food at home. If I want some Chinese food I'll make it myself.

I've always ordered here and everything tastes pretty good. Today it was an exception. The boneless spare ribs were very dry, the crab Rangoon did not taste like all the ones I've tasted before, the cheese had something added making it not creamy, the rice had no flavor. Everything tastes like reheated. Very disappointed

First wok was absolutely rude we placed a order for over $70. The chicken was raw in most bites also rubbery and mashed together into the container. Chicken from chicken fried rice was not done on ether orders. Have pictures and will report them to the better business bureau. I called back the guy hung up on me said they wouldn't remake the food so I asked for a refund. They needed the food back, no problem they wanted me to bring it back on Tuesday to get the refund. How disgusting I offered to bring it back and make it there by the time they closed and the refused then hung up the phone on me again and won't answer! First time eating there and will be the last food was not good also service was tereible!
