I only ever go to this restaurant when I'm on that side of town. I made an exception because it was Friday and I knew I could DoorDash it. My stomach is still upset with me for this decision. The food was extremely greasy and I'm wondering how many times its been tossed in the grease and how many times the grease has been changed. Lesson learned for me. There's food at home. If I want some Chinese food I'll make it myself.

I've always ordered here and everything tastes pretty good. Today it was an exception. The boneless spare ribs were very dry, the crab Rangoon did not taste like all the ones I've tasted before, the cheese had something added making it not creamy, the rice had no flavor. Everything tastes like reheated. Very disappointed

First wok was absolutely rude we placed a order for over $70. The chicken was raw in most bites also rubbery and mashed together into the container. Chicken from chicken fried rice was not done on ether orders. Have pictures and will report them to the better business bureau. I called back the guy hung up on me said they wouldn't remake the food so I asked for a refund. They needed the food back, no problem they wanted me to bring it back on Tuesday to get the refund. How disgusting I offered to bring it back and make it there by the time they closed and the refused then hung up the phone on me again and won't answer! First time eating there and will be the last food was not good also service was tereible!

Great Experience! At certain times, the place gets really busy, therefore, some mistakes are destined to happen. However, it is important on how you resolve the issue. The food here is priced fairly, tastes good, and most of the time, it is quick.
Last week, as usual, I placed an order online and drove down to pick it up. I didn't check the bag because I never had an issue with my order before. So I go home, open the bag, and discovered one of the items was missing. Before I could call and report it, the owners' kid calls me and tells me they made a mistake and it is up to me if I want a credit or stop back by and pick up the order. I applaud their gesture!
I have bought food at Chinese restaurants most of my life and never had a restaurant call me and admit they made a mistake and gave me options. I truly appreciate their customer service...Especially, in a town where most people are rude, inconsiderate, and lack basic people skills. If you drive a vehicle in Ocala, you know exactly what I'm talking about.
Here's another example...Last year, I had placed an order via one of those awful delivery services (GrubHub, Doordash, etc.). The order went through fine and the driver stopped by and picked up the food. Unfortunately, the driver never delivered the food.
So, I called the delivery service and they sent another driver because they could not get in touch with the first driver either. Now, First Wok had already done their part and they did not have to do what they did next. When the 2nd driver arrived and explained the situation, they prepared everything again and handed it to the driver; no questions asked.
Thank you First Work for doing business with speed, honesty, and integrity. You've earned a lifetime customer.

Yes, as a DoorDash or if you’re picking up food at this restaurant, make sure you do not ask how much longer the food will take because apparently that makes them mad. I was just asking how much longer to wait. She informed me that she had a camera and if I didn’t like it, I could leave so apparently they have good Don’t really care how they treat their DoorDashers

I order on their app, then pick it up. The food is always delicious and the service is quick and friendly.

Ordered Shrimp Lo Mein. The Lo Mein noodles were nothing but pasta noodles. We also ordered a Diet Delight. When placing the order there was a 10 year old child who was working the counter, and taking orders. We wanted brown rice, but were told there was only yellow rice, or white rice. We told the child we would like the yellow rice. At no time did this child inform us that there was a $2.95 extra charge for a 1/2 pint of yellow rice. After paying for our purchase i questioned the total amount paid. That is when i was informed there was a $2.95 up charge for this small portion of yellow rice, which by the way included somesort of mystery meat along with a pea, or two and a sliver of onion. Apparently this establishment has new owners who are cutting corners that comprise what use to be a bit of food quality from the previous owners. We will stop recommending China Wok to our friends and will never go return.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Have gotten FOOD POISONING 3 times between myself and my son. First two times was me and I couldnt figure out what place gave it to me but after my husband ordered from here last nigh, my son woke up with violent stomach pains, throwing up all over tbe place and pooping himself with diarrhea. Have never seen him like this.
And the other times when I got the food poisoning after eating their food and thought it mightve been this place I was EXTREMELY SICK for a couple weeks. And have never been so sick and couldn't even eat due to the extreme stomach pain it caused if I did until I was better.... I knew this place was the reason after thinking the chicken looked under cooked but since I had eaten other places I couldn't know for sure.... husband ordered from here last night and now know for sure this place is the cause of it. I didnteat any of it since id already eaten something else but bet id be sick as well if i would have just like the other PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN !!!!!!
Should have the establishment investigated as well giving people food poisoning. I've never been that sick in my life and now my 7 year old is extremely sick as well now and throwing up yalls food from last night. I am Livid. AND ITS 100% THIS PLACE that has given my son food poisoning. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN KNOWING WHERE IT HAS COME FROM. EVER! AND WILL ALSO LET EVERYONE KNOW YALL ARE FEEDING PEOPLE BAD FOOD. Hopefully this review deters people from going here...there's another Chinese place down the road and would suggest just going there. Playing Russian roulette with this place. And trying to say it wasn't yalls food won't work. It 100 % was...without any doubt now.
