With 5 customers still waiting for their order to be filled … having unnecessary conversations and clowning around was not necessary or appreciated .. employees issues should be taking up in private not in front of customers ! Because of that customers had to wait longer than necessary ! … first and last time we come here . I also had to change my soda because of dirty settlement from machine.

My order was wrong , I don't eat pork and there was bacon on my burger after waiting almost 40 minutes for my order I didn't want to wait for a remake .

Service has always been a little lacking here and there but today it was really noticeable how no one wanted to take orders. I'll give it a small pass since there seemed to be something broken which was going to cause the store to close. But I was very disappointed with the fries which is the entire reason I go to five guys. It was obvious that machine cut fries were used as I had several steaks cut fries. It's to my understanding that five guys are supposed to cut their fries in store and that's what makes them taste so good. I wanted that and were instead given something made cheaper and with less quality.

Whats the point of making a mobile order or ordering online if they're only going to start your order when you get there. Lately it's been like this. They put the online orders on the back burner while they serve everybody else first. Not happy at all lately

Fries were awful. They tasted old and refried hard and crunchy. Coke was not working properly in one machine. Took a long time to remake those Fries. Lots of water on the floor. No one really seemed to care
