This location is one of the best locations I’ve gone to. The Burger was so juicy with the perfect amount of condiments! I was on vacation and I wanted a good burger and on apple maps it said 3.5. But they need to update that. 10/10 recommend!

I had a great experience at Five Guys thanks to Seth, Jamie, and Shawn! They were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding — even when the mix-up was completely my fault. They handled everything with such professionalism and positivity. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. If they ever decide they want to clean instead of cook, we got them! 😂👏🍔🍟

I am lactose intolerant and they put cheese on a burger, but since i came in shortly before close, once I realized there was cheese on my burger the restaurant was closed. Poor attention to detail and I just wasted 12 dollars on a burger that I can’t even eat.

Definitely gotten way more expensive (like almost everything) but great burgers. Too bad they closed the location in west Ocala. Dumb move. This area is booming. So much so, it's a hassle to drive to the central Ocala location otherwise I'd enjoy a good burger more often.

Closing an hour early for zero reason is inexcusable. Showed up to this 5 guys at 8:55pm (closing at 10pm), and an employee came up with a hand written sign stating they were closed. I’m sure ownership loves paying employees to not make them any money. Wish I took a photo of the sign they created but, will never go back to this 5 guys again.

Absolutely love Five Guys! Fries are always hot, fresh and made to order with a ton of 'bag fries'. Burgers are fresh and tasty with a nice selection of toppings. Price may be a little more than the typical fast food restaurants (arches and crowns) change but the quality and portion size and service is far superior.
