My husband and I needed a quick bite between running errands and we usually enjoy a burger from 5 Guys now and then so we stopped at this one. Fast, friendly, polite service. Dining area was clean. Our order of a little burger and regular burger with everything plus regular fries took about 10 minutes. Husband had asked for no tomato but guess the guy forgot - the rest of the order was correct and tasted good. Only reason my Atmosphere rating lost 2 stars was that both bathrooms were not clean and the bathroom doors themselves were not accessibility friendly since they were quite heavy. Recommend this place if you're just getting takeout and not using their facilities.

Ordered a pick up meal at 1 pm to be picked up at 3pm --food was not ready. Employees had on gloves but wore gloves to adjust the thermostat since it was too hot in the building. There's no telling who touched the ac thermostat throughout the day so infection control is a bust at this location. I'm still standing here as of 3:12 and still no food

Amazing Burger , and the young man working that I had the pleasure of interacting with was awesome ! Very polite \u0026 attentive . All around excellent experience! Wanted to add the mans name , I may be spelling it wrong but it sounded like he said “kamal” probably spelt wrong . But awesome guy !

Was a long wait for sloppy soggy overpriced burgers. An I hear Thier fries were really good an I ordered a round an they were on the burnt side an over salted.. I want my 20$ back haha

5 guys has always been good, but 5 guys is not worth 12+ dollars for a bacon cheeseburger then add fries and a drink. We all understand the false inflation, but come on 5 guys, that's taking it a little to far. Yall are good, but not 13.00 burger good... come back to earth and we'll come back for food.

Ordered 3 burgers for lunch...one cheeseburger and 2 bacon cheeseburgers. The meat was so bland. 2 burgers were totally wrong!! For 10 to 11$ a burger my order should of been made correctly.

I'm not going back to this location until improvements are made- I can't keep paying $50 for dinner when my husband is so disappointed in his milkshake (full of milk) not even a little thick.. also no music - half the reason we've dined here in the past- just silence and lots of employees standing around doing not much .. we'll drive on in to Ocala from now on or go to the lees chicken next door- sns the food was good though

Burger and fries were a little spendy although the service and restaurant were very clean. I was very impressed by Donovan the man working the cash register he was very good looking and very nice. I am so glad to have stopped by for a burger and a sweet treat.

FYI- call before you go because even though the hours are posted online this location is rarely open. They have really good boardwalk style fries. They are pricey but if you know that going in then you can't complain about that. Their burgers are okay but not great, I usually order a burger from somewhere else and stop by here to get their fries or have their fries delivered. Highly recommend the fries. This location is not easy to get to and parking is tight, the employees have a bit of an attitude at this location and that is definitely a turn-off for my family. But, at most of their other locations the employees are usually really friendly. I prefer using delivery services for this location to avoid the nasty attitudes from this location. And I will have to say it is also very messy inside. I don't know what happens, lol, but it's always a wreck. The fries are yummy and they are very generous with their malted vinegar

I have to start by saying that the food at five guys is pretty good, but the prices are ridiculous. These burgers are good, but not $10 good for a little bacon burger. I guess they have to charge for the peanuts. I only visit when I get a really bad craving, but are the last bill of $15 for a little burger and little fries... I'm going to fight the next craving.
