You guys are literally the BEST ? I'm a Florida girl, and I have ALWAYS heard about how pizza is better up north, and boy am I sooooo glad you guys brought this amazing pizza stop down to Florida for this girl to get a TASTE!!! The owner is a WONDERFUL man, he is sooooo super nice, and he puts so much pride and joy into his business, and the ladies that work there are also so sweet! I started on this pizza place and I literally can not go anywhere else now! Thank you guys at Florida Pizza Stop for giving this community here a great place to get pizza...............I am hooked!!!!

Placed my order at 7:49 thru doordash 30 full minutes later after being told by doordash that the driver was otw I got a notification my order was canceled. Being a Thursday night and almost 8:30pm At that point my time to get an order in was getting smaller and smaller by the minute. Why waste 30 minutes of my time to cancel once it was supposedly picked up. Having never tried them I was super upset and took the Live chat to find out WHY. Turns out I was met with nothing but unprofessional and quite frankly disgusting Replys. Screen shots posted. Granted my intro message could have been nicer I am hungry. If I was yall I wouldn't give this man a dime based on this conversation alone im ecstatic I didn't and now i never will..Kid-friendliness: Horrible customer service from the owner himself

They forgot to make my order. My delivery person was awesome, and reminded them to make it. And the pizza and garlic knots are just not very good. I rarely write reviews, but felt I had to write this one.

Omg! This was my first time here and will definitely return! Had a cheese pizza and garlic knots! Both were Delicious! And on top of great food, the people were extremely nice! Just happened by this place today and glad I did!

Delicious authentic NY pizza, finally!! My husband ordered slices to go and they were very good, definitely reminded me of pizza up north. He also mentioned that the owner is super cool and somewhat new to the area. I'm glad we can support a local business like this, will be back for sure.

I'm writing my review here since it seems DoorDash doesn't always post reviews. I ordered delivery from Florida Pizza Stop today with my coworkers; we ordered the taco pizza, the sweet chili chicken sandwich, garlic knots and the cheeseburger sandwich. First off, the pizza was burnt and was missing close to five ingredients. The sweet chili chicken sandwich was hard as a rock, my coworker literally knocked on it as a joke and it sounded like a door knock. The garlic knots were just as bad, half of them were burnt and when I took a bite out of one that wasn't it was hard as a rock. We waited close to an hour and a half for this order and not one item was edible; we ended up throwing all the food away unfortunately. Luckily we got a full refund. Something has to change over there, idk who thought letting food of such bad quality out of the door was a good idea.

I really wanted to like this place. I love pizza, especially from hole-in-the-wall places like this. I ordered an extra-large pepperoni, an extra-large cheese and 12 garlic knots. I ordered by phone and was told 30-35 minutes. I arrived a little bit early - about 25 minutes later and was told it was almost ready and would just be 15 minutes. 15 minutes later I was told 6 more minutes. I was concerned because there weren’t any pizzas in the oven and the cook was making an extra-large pepperoni and an extra-large cheese at that time. All told, the 30-35 minutes was an hour. The order was placed at 5:20 and we were pulling out of the parking lot at 6:20.I understand that things happen so I would have been more forgiving if the food was good, however the pizza was floppy and bland. The dough was the high point - it has flavor and a slight sweetness to it, but the sauce, cheese, and pepperoni had very little flavor.Finally, we only received 6 of our 12 garlic rolls, which were completely irregularly sized and shaped.Overall, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I was underwhelmed.

Not sure what pizza these reviewers have eaten in the past but this place have very bland pizza. I really wanted this place to be good because I'm tired of the normal chain pizza places. First off, the time you have to wait is crazy. 50 min for 2 pizzas. But of course when I got there in 40 minutes the pizza was done and cold. The lady at the counter was very nice. But other than that there are way better pizza places to get take out and not have to wait near as long.

Stopped by here to get lunch. There was some cheese pizza ready to buy slices and one stromboli, so we got that for the kids while we waited. Ordered an extra large meat lovers to go. I was pleased with the flavor of everything, the pizza was thin but not dry, and good amount of toppings. Small area inside with maybe 10 chairs total, it's more of a takeout place. Very friendly owner. There was also advertising for Jamaican patties, however owner said they are shipped from New York and they ran out.

When they remember to put your order in. 4 times over the past year of ordering from here have I shown up (after a 45 minute wait) to have the manager tell me they forgot to put the order in. Today was the last straw. Now I have to order subpar 5 star pizza because 4 chances are enough for me. While on a family vacation to Disney I decided to search local restaurants in Ocala and I found Florida Pizza Stop. The food was absolutely amazing! Between my kids and I we ordered half of the menu.. the homemade icing for the cinnamon buns were delicious. I highly recommend Florida Pizza Stop if you’re looking for NY style pizza and yummy desserts. ?

Let me start by saying that the staff was excellent. Great attitudes apologetic towards the delay in the food and the one gentleman who appeared to be in charge even brought the pizza to the car for us. The pizza however was not my favorite. The Dough:crust was very thick dense and actually not cooked through on the top end. It was also flavorless. The cheese super greasy and the oversized chunks of toppings were very Not very flavorful. My opinion cheese and toppings very inexpensive products chosen.I had thought with the great reviews we'd have a great slice of pizza just wasn't the case for me
