Hi, this was the one girl from the drive thru. My name is Kalea and I was with my mom and my sister and they had the best freaking patty melts there, it's so good and nice and also the one lady that had the curly golden ponytail was a very sweet person and was really great at her customer service. I know I did this survey late, but this was the best place to stop on the way to the grocery store!!!😇😇😇

I always get the lettuce wrapped hamburgers. It's one of the few places that can wrap a meat patty with lettuce like a burrito without the burger falling apart.

I wish there was one in Canton! Great food and service as expected at a Freddy's. We tried the new tots, and they were amazing! They have the best fries of any chain, and now I will not be sure which to get! The burger was excellent, as well as the chicken strips. We will be back the next time we are passing through!

They gave me extra pickles and at first i thought no cheese but maybe the cheese is white? Which would be more natural but i am not sure. Drive thru girl asked if i wanted fry sauce i said yeah and she forgot it. Considering I even gave a tip, I'm not impressed! That being said burgers are big and the tots are a bit greasy feels like a lot of filler added. I wish I was dipping them in sauce toooo

I didn't eat but my family of 4 definately ate all their food. My chocolate milk shake was a bit too chocolatey for me but my son slurped it up no problem. 👍

We had an excellent experience and the service was above and beyond something from a fast food restaurant. Thank you to the staff for making my kids day with the cool kids club and free ice cream!

BEWARE!!!. We usually love Freddy’s when we find one to stop at in our travels. I watched them complete our order set on the counter. I had to get employees attention to help me. Then we left and had to eat on the run . The burgers were under cooked and cold . The cheese curds were under cooked and a mushy mess mixed with tots that were cooked so long they were stones. The kids chicken was under cooked and stale. We spend over 60$ to feed our family and I had to through away most of the food !!! Ridiculous!

Kid-friendliness: Fun atmosphere. Cute place for kids to get their pic taken as they place their head through a cardboard cut out with an order of French fries.
