I’ve never been to a Fast food restaurant and the service was so slow. It was only me and one other car in the drive-through for at least 15 to 20 minutes. They stated the inside was full, so I guess that means they forget about the people in the drive-through. Terrible experience

First time there didn't like at all burger very thin very grease sy touch my wife and I wouldn't go back
Today was our first ever visit to a Freddy’s. We were greeted by friendly employees. The food was good. We had veggie burgers and fries. The Fries are shoestring fries and had a great flavor.
Ferrante, the employee that took our order and checked on us later, made our visit extra special. Her friendliness made us fell like regulars instead of total strangers. We will definitely return!

They have an excellent smash burger. I've never been disappointed. Everything is made fresh. Definitely worth the drive.

(EDITED) i had a negative review here, but the response i got from the customer service team was quick and extremely generous - they gave me a discount on my next order and this time, when i used that coupon my order was perfect and the portions were great! Their concretes and oreo cookies are good

We LOVED it! The burger was cooked to perfection! I loved the double pickles and double burger on the classic! I didn't care for the shoe string fries, but the tots were amazing! We got 3 kids meals. My MIL loved the grilled cheese steak burger on Texas toast. She ate half! My husband got the prime rib steak burger. We are stuffed!
