Thanksgiving Day meal....where do I begin ! Walked in and stood by checking desk for 10 min. Personnel going by constantly, but no one even greeted us. Finally flagged a hostess type woman who started clearing a table. Eventually got seated ... No silverware or menu given... after another 10 min a gal came for drink order only...asked for menu. Was told only serving turkey dinner but were told could order but only after drinks brought to table. Finally got order in.... Waited about 25 min ... Waitresses literally running all over the place....totally flustered and unorganized. People coming in after us getting served ahead of us. Meal finally delivered by another woman who was breathless from literally running. Was told if we wanted pumpkin pie to order right away as they were running out. By time we got to dessert, the artificial whip cream was turned to runny milk. Had to ask repeatedly for coke reorder. Folks, this was a simple menu clearly fixed in advance. Why the long wait and zoo like environment by untrained waitresses?? Had plenty of wait staff bodies but not properly trained . This whole fiasco is on the supervision/ training, or lack of same. Your money is best spent elsewhere if this is the best they can do. Happy Thanksgiving !

Ordered delivery with specific instructions and everything was PERFECT! And tasted AMAZING too! The Greek salad was so fresh and just the right amount of toppings to lettuce ratio. The grilled chicken was cooked perfectly, not dry but well done and great taste! Already have my next meal picked out from them:)
Cordial waitress. Good food. Fast and efficient service. Coffee.. not so great, which is an essential for me when eating any breakfast food , like I had ordered. Got a steak meal that was delicious and grilled haddock was amazing , broccoli and side salad. So, not 100% to my liking but very good. A change in coffee flavor would be good. Unfortunately l, only stop in 4 times a year when i’m going through town 😁

37 minutes, of waiting for our meal. Tables around us, who arrived after we did, we're eating and the table directly next to us was finished eating as my meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and corn arrived. Two rather small slices of meatloaf, slightly warm, small scooper of instant mashed potatoes almost cold, gravy cold, small serving of corn, cold. The bacon cheddar burger, came to us, with two thin pieces of pumpernickel bread instead of bun, which actually confused the waitress, also slightly warm. The food had to have sat on the window, for over 10 minutes, easily. The waitress was talking a table for 4 minutes or longer, just socializing. A table of 6 people across the room, got serviced two plates, then 2 minutes later, 2 more plates, then 3 minutes later, the final members of the table received their food. Yeah, I had that kind of time to study the situation.That portion size of food was not close to worth the money they charged. Over $12 for that tiny meatloaf meal. Cold! My guess is, the food must taste good, but cold and slow as hell, easily ended the chances of us returning. The prices are the same as nice environment restaurants, that this clearly wasn't.
