Horrible costumer service they make you order before using restroom and so had to order in a rush becouse we needed to use restroom badly. Then they gave our order to the wrong person.had to wait a while but the food was 5 ?

This is the only restaurant I've seen in the city that has a key code lock on the bathroom door. To me that's ridiculous. Then I realize this Hardee's is next to the projects in the city so that would explain why Ocala has allowed them to put a lock on just this facility. To me that's just disgusting. You are a multimillion dollar franchise. I'm sure you can afford caustics to clean the bathroom, or pay someone more money to do so

The new owner Jeremy is very rude and unprofessional to employees and customers. I asked to use the restroom and he was very nasty telling me I didn't order anything when I had already finished eating. I threw my receipt away with my trash so I didn't have the receipt. I went to the 7-11 restroom. Very bad service. The food was good and the cashier Mikayla was very nice
