Would give a zero star if I could. Was told a chicken sandwich would take twenty minutes so I said ok I will wait . Then I ordered the 2pc chicken sandwich and he said that would be an additional twenty minutes because he couldn’t cook both at once . Then I said I would wait and added a milkshake to my order which he replied Icecream machine is out . What a joke willl never be back ! This employee clearly did not want to cook or make anything thus losing a Hardee’s customer for life

Zero stars, the customer service is very poor we were told two different times for the changeover from breakfast to lunch, were treated like we were stupid because they hadn't changed the menus to the proper things, I would recommend never spending your money at this place, poor service all around.

Taste like Hardee's, I really only get breakfast at Hardee's since they never seem to change that, Hardee's can't seem to keep their burgers the same, I swear they change them every year, Anyway good, hot, fresh breakfast fast food style for reasonable price.

I honestly have to say this was the most disgusting I have ever encountered there was flies all over the counters with feces everywhere on the pay stations this place needs to be cleaned up it is disgusting! 😞😕

Hardees has been my go to burger place for years. Yesterday 11-6-24 I went to the location at the Circle K on SR 200 in Ocala. I waited 11 minutes at the pickup window. Got no receipt, my fries were pieces several burnt BUT COLD, and when I unwrapped my burger it was litterally swimming in grease! I had to fold the wrapper so the grease wouldn't run out all over. This will be my last Hardees experience at this location and perhaps at any Hardees location. In a word it was "disgusting".

My husband who is a wonderful person was treated like garbage by the trash staff that's there Sunday afternoons. Everyday Sunday hed pull up order his three hamburgers for that nights work and 2 cheese burgers for our dinner. Every Sunday the where angry that he had to order 3 hamburger complete attitude, but he insisted on going Everytime. But today, today, the one guy barked at him, the woman came to the window and said "Sunday huh? Every Sunday" she was pissed, then a third guy walked over and gave my husband a dirty look, 19.00 worth of burgers and we were afraid they wiped there ass with it or something so I threw them out. He stopped me from going down there and the phone was left off the hook I'm calling corporate tommorow you, the owner better get rid of that white trash before they ruin you. My husband is a veteran, a good man. I DONT PLAY NICE. I'm putting this all over the web

They can’t keep up with more than 1 order at a time. Closed the front register as I was standing there with a broken foot for 10 minutes and told me I could go through the drive thru because they couldn’t keep up. Old lady slammed a binder on the counter that said they were closed and got an attitude because I told her I’ve been standing there for 10 minutes. Hire some younger people that can get the job done.
