Love triva night every Thursday with Alex.

Wife and myself, along with our Frenchton dog Ruby. Stop by Hiatus for lunch and they are pet friendly as long as in enclosed in a dog stroller that's fully covered.
We had the tacos and the crafted beer was great.
Very reasonably priced as well. Will return in the future.

Great place to go for a beer and delicious food. Seriously, we haven't had anything we didn't like yet. The staff is awesome too. The seats hurt, though, but the good times help with that. We've done family night here a couple of times and have gone without kiddos. All around, it's just great.

I've had wings everywhere in Ocala, Belleview, Dunnellon...... best wings in town are here at Hiatus!! Smoked, then high temp to crisp. So good!

Best brewery in Ocala!!! Awesome beer and super friendly staff. Flatbreads are pretty good. Would love to see some burgers in the menu. Definitely worth dropping by and trying it.

I am extremely disappointed in Haitus' Brewing Company's handling of trivia nights. We have tried calling more than a week in advance on multiple occasions to get a table and have been told NO, because preferential treatment is given to others. They are losing me as a customer on ALL nights as well as trivia nights. If friends suggest going there, I will suggest a number of other great breweries in town that don't alienate their repeat customers that aren't "favorites". Their beer selection doesn't ever change much anyway.

Beer and food is great. Something for everyone. My favorite is the 2023 Saint Dismas Grand Cru.

Our first visit was outstanding! Great neer selection, the food was also top notch! If you enjoy craft beer than This is a must visit when in Ocala. Tyler took his time with us explaining the different brews as well as the menu... great customer service! We will be back!
