I will be honest I like to frequent here often, but I have two major complaints. One is that they will not give you free water with your meal. Yes I understand that they are not obligated by Florida law to provide free water to their customers, but I just think it’s pretty lousy practice to make your customers pay for bottled water. Also, they do not leave out napkins for customers. You have to ask them directly and they only give you two or three. This tells me that this is not a family, friendly atmosphere, my child spilled some soy sauce on the table, and I couldn’t find napkins anywhere. I also believe that that is poor practice to not give your customers access to napkins if they would like to clean up their table themselves. Otherwise, the food has been good and I guess you can say that the service is OK. I just know I should not go there with my family and just go maybe for lunch by myself .

im not sure what Daniela Gaudino problem is but this place is overall awesome!! very clean and staff are very polite and helpful.. Daniela they don't need to speak english for me to love and understand them. they are not dumb people.. your insincere comment was dumb.. we love Hybachi express food and would definately recommend eating there any day.

Fire shrimps are horrible. The vegetables were not fresh at all. The “Yum Yum” sauce looked like it was prepared weeks in advance. I didn’t trust the sauce so threw it away along with the vegetables. I will not order from here again.

I come here often for my lunch break and usually order the chicken teriyaki lunch special. It's $10 and comes with a drink. You really can't beat that and the food is tasty and fresh. Highly recommend this place!

I come here at least once a week and pay up for extra things and always tip good! But after this being my second time eating inside I won’t come back! They don’t listen! Told them for here needed two drinks, had to go back and ask only to have the rude man throw the receipt in my face to prove they didn’t charge me! Well you should have because I asked TWO TIMES! How the Hell do I wash down my food…with AIR! Last time there was NO silverware or napkins and it smelled! So I’ll drive to Ocala before I give them my money again!

Overall, this was a great experience. The spicy tuna rolls were so different from others that I have tried, and I mean that in a good way. My family and I ordered a number of things and got to try some of everything. I will definitely be coming back for the laid back atmosphere, friendly service, and the amazing food!
