Sooo... first time ever going to one, everyone I was with told me to expect great food and friendly service and it wasn't "that" stereotype we all think of. Whelp, instead of them proving me wrong, the rest of my party were the ones who were wrong. Where to start... how about the fact it took 15 minutes for our party of 4 to get all the drinks (bar had no one working it apparently). Then the food finally arrived (we were wondering if they had to raise the chickens from eggs or something) I was missing my fries and everything else was cold. My fries arrived about the time I finished my chicken fingers but at least they were hot and fully cooked. The rest of the fries at the table were still partially frozen.The waitress had about zero personality of any type and clearly had more important things to do (like go outside and look up at the sun to see if the eclipse was going to happen).If this wasn't bad enough, I had to use the ladies' room, which consisted of 2 regular stalls and a handicap accessible stall. One regular stall had no paper and clearly couldn't flush. The accessible stall had a space 2 feet by 4 feet with missing floor tile that you would have to walk over to get to the toilet. But one one in their right mind would do that as there was a towel covering the space and the towel was soak and liquid running to the door.Even the exterior was run down and shabby with faded awnings, potholes in the drive, and just generally run down.The place was practically empty and we were there at noon. There was one male employee who seemed like a manager. Be gave us menus and they was gone. Poor staff training, poor facilities management, and a general sense of not caring. Lots of bars try to copy the hooters concept and fail to make a go of it. If this location is any indication, hooters can't make a go either.

I stopped by for my lunch break and requested Morgan. She is definitely a fantastic server/ bartender. She's always so positive and cheerful and really takes pride in her job. I will definitely be coming back soon.

I am/was a regular here. After a few months i returned and was very disappointed by the service. I literally stood at the front table waiting to be sat for over 10 minutes and no body came to sit me down. Mind you it is 45 minutes until closing. Multiple servers from far away noticed me and looked my way yet no one came to sit me down and take my order. This honestly did it for me today. Unsure how I feel about coming back. After a long drive i just walked out in disappointment. The manager was to busy figuring out how to change the channels on the TV. Not sure what happened today or if the service has just gotten to this point since my last visit

Walked in and got seated right away. Sat there 10 minutes and not a single person came to our table. Servers walked right past us multiple times, including the person who sat us. The table behind us got sat and a server went to them right away to strike up a conversation, and took their drink order. They were not busy, especially at 7pm on a Saturday night. Had to find our wing fix elsewhere.
We have frequented many Hooters in Florida and across the South in both directions. We just moved to Ocala a few months ago and decided to try this one. The food and the experience was the best by far we’ve ever had. Not that we haven’t experienced good food and service in others this one stood out above any. Our Hooters waitress we had, Rachel, was absolutely outstanding!!! This young lady was on her game and constantly made sure we were taken care of from start to finish!! What a personality!!! Hats off!!

Servers at the bar were phenomenal (Bri and Madison ) as always! The food however took greater than 45 min and we received our apps after our meal! The new manager Mike spent more time holding up the wall between the kitchen and bar area than fixing the kitchens service errors. This is a place my family frequents multiple times a week and I was blown away by todays KITCHEN issues
