I went back to KKC at the gas station and got a large red beans and rice, potato wedges, ranch dip and original sauce for a ten piece boneless wings order. They're fast and everything was hot but the boneless wings were a huge disappointment. I could never recommend them as they were definitely left from the day before, fried again into dark brown chicken ROCKS. Also they gave me 5 boneless wings and five chunks of deep friend coating that were like peastone on a walkway. They were inedible and I would have chipped a tooth if I had tried! The potato wedges on the other hand were made fresh to order and were delicious. It boggles the mind how this came from the same place. The red beans and rice was nicely flavored with Cajun spice and the rice was fresh. I would get both items again but never the boneless wings. What a sorry state they were in and nothing could be salvaged. Even places I like here in Ocala cannot seem to be consistent.

Ordered a 4-piece tender meal with Cajun sweet & sour sauce, honey biscuit and a side of red beans and rice. I didn't get the biscuit or any dipping sauce. The chicken tenders were larger than what you would get at Popeyes and the flavor was decent, BUT they were COLD. The red beans and rice was bland, but still edible. Bottom line, I was looking for an alternative to Popeyes and I should've just gone to Popeyes.

Great fried chicken and biscuits, this place is clean and customer service is great. Love the NASCAR theme convenience store and gas station. Grab food drinks, gas and got my car washed all in one place.
