This one pains me to write. I'm not sure but this might be my first 1-star review. There were glory days... when it was still “the Winn-Dixie Plaza†and foot traffic was 100x's better. I ordered from here often (to me, that's like 8 times a year which in hindsight saying it out loud is not a lot I guess but good enough for a long term opinion right?). I was so glad to have the closest Chinese carry-out be really GOOD. A *while* after WD closed, consistency declined, then maybe a year later, it sharply plummeted. First time we threw the dinner out we figured, “Off night... bound to happen, whatever caused it.†We were disappointed but understanding. Second time, a month or so later, we threw it all out again - for the last time. BUT WAIT NO IT WASN'T. We tried again a couple months later and I mean fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Fool me three times, well I guess I'm going to tell you guys that whatever is going on there, it's time to wrap it up. We'll never be back. Not with a grand re-opening. Not with new owners. Not with a new anchor store in that plaza that pulls that parking lot back outta looking like a Predator vs. Alien death arena. Like a bad relationship, the red flags have been there longer than I was willing to admit and I'm very sorry to say we're never going to happen again. I'll remember you fondly. â¤ï¸

My husband and I ordered Geberal Tso's which was good but the 3 egg rolls were near black and the crab rangoons were absolutely rancid. I have ordered here before and never had a problem, so when I called to complain and asked for a refund/credit or at least new food I was informed that she can not do that and will not do that. Her excuse was "I may have fried them a little longer than normal" !...I will never again waist my money at Hot Wok again. That is terrible customer service and being in the hospitality industry for 15yrs this is shocking to hear.

Thought i needed to write a review because i keep seeing a bunch of negative reviews and i just got my food. Came to my home in less than an hour, super hot and fresh. Sweet n sour chicken was crunchy but not in a bad way. Lo mein was delicious and the woman who delivered my food was a sweetheart. Had an amazing experience and will DEFINITELY order again!

Worst Chinese place I've been too. General Tso's was crunchy, couldn't even chew it. The sweet and sour chicken was dry and barely any in the box. Overall a bad experience. Would never recommend this place or go back.

I ordered 2 general tso's and the chicken is so hard you can't even chew it. I called to complain Bc it was delivered and the lady wants to argue with me that it isn't hard it's crispy. Lol. Don't waste your money, it's nasty!

Horriable service. I ordered 2 egg rolls and large size of kong pow chicken. After an hour and a half wait, i called and was told they are preparing it. I told the woman to cancle my order as their site says 1hr guarantee delivery, I live 5 mins away. They still charged me and would not refund my money.

The food was terrible and so was the service. Messing up with the change and not knowing how to do regular math. And on top of that they went stingy with my food. I ordered sweet and sour chicken with white rice and once i got home they only put like 6 pieces of chicken in it and they didn't put the sauce on top of it. It was dry as ever. Extremely disappointed never will go there again. Its sad that they say that its made New York style. Im from New York and they don't make the food like they did. Disgusting.

Bring your appetite. This place has a nice buffet and MY server was friendly. All they do is remove your plates and pour water.
These people have great Chinese food. The staff is always friendly. They're very fast. I go there at least once a month to pick up a couple of orders for me and my wife. The crab rangoon is to die for.

Wish I would have read the reviews before I wasted my money here! The chicken was under-cooked and a weird constancy and the fried rice was burnt. The Cabbage in the egg roll was brown, and it tasted like they hadn't changed the grease out in years... I am just hoping know that I do not end up sick. I won't even let my dog eat it...

The food was terrible! The chicken tasted old and nearly burnt. Had an odd consistency, didn't want to swallow the hard pieces so threw most of it away. The lady wanted to charge 3 dollars to upgrade to lo mein noodles. Ridiculous. After this experience needless to say, I wont be back...
