Waited 45 minutes for pizza went and asked several times if it was ready, whole time it was sitting on the bottom of the rack. No apology for the inconvenience.

Do not get subs from here. This is the only location I had an issue with. They are basically bread with no filling. I ordered five and even the kids complained. They came with some lettuce and tomatoe wrapped in foil, no sub sauce. They gave golden Italian dressing. No call back from management

they will add extra fees to make that money so check your receipts i’ve brung it up several times they laugh it off and take the extra fees off ‼️

We were missing toppings, the crust on our pizza was wrong, and apparently 16 pepperonis is extra pepperoni.

Pizza tasted good. The issue, like others said, was I barely had any pepperoni on my pizza. 1 per slice. I placed my order online and was asked for a tip before I even got my order. I picked up my order from the restaurant and was asked to sign my receipt, which asked for a tip, ye again. They also count some toppings as 2 toppings. Heads up, they charge you for using a card to pay. (Photos show the sign)

I had an order for $96 and I only received a couple of items and when I called to speak to a manager someone who sounded like they were 12 answered and told me to call back in two weeks! Why the hell would I do that? This place sucks so order at your own risk!

First time here. Got the Meatball sub. I’m impressed it was really good and the service was great! Will come back again!

Extremely unhelpful staff members they cannot do simple exchanges for rewards in store although every other store can. I have yet to have a very good experience there I will not be back to this location.

Very skimpy with toppings. Ordered various things, including a large pepperoni pizza. There was actually a slice off the pie that didn’t have a single pepperoni on it. That’s how scarce it was. 10 minutes late after a 25 minute eta. They’re not very friendly either but bird dog you when it comes time to sign the receipt and possibly leave them a tip. They also charge a credit card fee. Which isn’t disclosed.

The food is good.. But the service is terrible.. There is a lady making food I came for a pickup and the lady flat out ignored me. I'm on my lunch break and had to wait 20min to get my food.. whoever this lady is on this shift needs to have a sit down with her manager

Ordered tonight got them and both pizzas was half burnt normally love them but this time was not good don’t know what’s going on.

So, typically, I’m the one in the family that loves hungry Howies. I have for a long time now. Even worked for a local one in my teens. Not so much after this.
Friday night I place an order for delivery directly through the company website. I reiterate… I ORDERED THROUGH THEIR OWN APP. Where it has the tracking on it. I ordered it as soon as I got off my 12 hour shift. Well I get home and I shower and clean up blah blah blah and and HOUR AND A HALF goes by with no food. I’m thinking okay..maybe it’s Friday? That’s why it’s not here yet? Even the tracking still showed in the “making” part of the order and I kept refreshing endlessly. So my husband calls and they say they don’t even have an order from me. He says okay and hangs up. I say um no, and call them back because if you don’t have my order who’s refunding this 40 something dollars. They answer and say oh we did find it it says it was delivered at 8:11 over an hour prior to when I’m calling.
We tell them yeah no one ever came to the door AND the website still shows in the making portion. On top of that we have a dog who never even barked to let us know someone was here? So my husband goes out to check…yeah. Their delivery driver left it in the middle of our driveway. Didn’t even leave it by the gate, didn’t leave it by the door. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DRIVEWAY AND IT WAS SITTING RHERE FOR AN HOUR. We bring it inside and it’s completely cold all of it. Not to mention who knows what was crawling in it. Now normally I’m not a mean person and i understand things happen. But for this? We have chairs on our porch…AT THE LEAST put them on the chairs dude?!
So we tell them what happened that their driver left it in the middle of the driveway and no one told us it was there and that it’s cold yada yada yada. You know what the manager offers us? At 9pm. To either remake the whole order (and us have to wait more) OR a 10% coupon that we CANNOT use with any other coupons. What a way to show you’re sorry smfh.
I understand the delivery drivers are no longer through them (which is absolutely wrong and they need to stop going with door dash)
But for this to happen when I’m paying over 40$ for one pizza one drink and a small thing of bread? Absolutely not okay. The process have gone up, the delivery is absolutely awful now and now their customer service (and empathy) is just out the window. I’m never ordering here again and trust me my husband will be happier for it. Just horrible horrible quality.

Order 2 medium pizzas one with extra cheese and the pizzas came out cold the crust was thin and when I called to talk to management when there done they put them in the cooler who in there right mind puts hot food in the cooler I'm done I'm good you guys went from good to the worse take my services somewhere else ✌🏾
