Ordered my food at 4:40 pm to be picked up at 5:30. At 5:54 I was told it was in the oven. I have class at 6pm. I told them I don't have time to wait for them to get my order and I want a refund. They refused to refund my money and I had to go dispute it with my bank.UPDATE - I emailed them below and nothing was resolved. A call the following day the lady said she would escalate the issue to the owner. In the meantime, my bank has already refunded the money to my account since HH doesn't resolve customer issues.

Placed an order online. When I arrived to pick it up, they said they had no order for me. I showed them the order number and the receipt that it had been paid. They said, “sorry, we can’t help you”. They could not even return my money. It was also very nasty inside.

i was there getting a pizza tonight, and it was particularly busy. there was a lady screaming at the workers about her howie bread. the employees handled her very well while i was there. you guys are doing GREAT! if you want something super quick, go to a drive thru. otherwise expect a wait. keep it up!! ❤️

Don't eat pizza from here or you will be very sick. The place smells like sewer!!! We got 2 large pizzas and all five of us who ate the pizza ended up in the hospital with E-colei !!!

They forgot my large overpriced salad, pizza is quite bland barely any sauce and a rubbery sponge crust. No flavor. I'm still waiting on my large salad to reappear at the time of this review. It's not the delivery drivers fault. I have boycotted for years and I'm going right back to it. The quality is trash. The bad experiences are not new. Never will this household order or refer any hungry howies. I've yet been given a decent experience. Maybe in 2 hours I'll get a salad right.. I got the delivery guy on camera saying he would bring it back but never coming back. Guess it'll be here once I need to leave for a business meeting. IF I DONT GET MY SALAD ATLEAST REFUND ME MY $12+ FOR THE LARGE ANTIPASTO SALAD... THAT DOESNT USUALLY HAVE BARELY ANYTHING BUT TOPPINGS..

I had a great experience here with the exception the guy working the counter forgot about me accidentally but did a great job taking my order and was very polite. The atmosphere I unfortunately can't rate a 5 star it was a pizza shop. It was outdated but very well kept and lonely lol. Over all enjoyed it. We ate our entire pizza ?
I worked at this store for over a year, and I advise you to eat elsewhere In over a year, the walkin cooler was never once cleaned. Not even swept out. The dough roller machine was never cleaned properly, and there is dried year old dough on the rollers that stretvh every single dough sold. The cutting boards used for vegetables for pizza and salads are covered in black mold. They never use sanitizer on their dishes, which are washed in a Dollar Tree plastic bucket.....This restaurant is disgusting, and a health hazard, and should be closed down. If I could review less than zero stars, I would.

I would give this place a negative 10 stars of I could. Second time we've ordered for delivery and they chose not to tell us that they don't have a delivery person. My family waited 2 hours and nothing. And when you call it goes straight to India. Then when there kid behind the counter decides to answer the phone because he's high out of his mind he can't explain nothing. I will never order from this company again.
